lordbob75
This container does not appear to be deleting items from my downloads folder after importing them with the automatic import folder, though it warns me that it will delete them. Can you help me fix this? Edit: RDP-Calibre container. Also, it would be really nice if there was a way to fully automate the import/convert/download metadata functions. Currently it works somewhat but I still have to deal with error popups and accept a bunch of windows that lag out while it's processing jobs. Would be nice to see errors logged but no popups, and have it automatically make set choices when finding duplicates and applying metadata. Works decent otherwise, though I really dislike the calibre ui (not your fault), but there isn't better software for it unfortunately. Edited December 16, 2017 by lordbob75 Quote Link to comment

darrenyorston
I cant seem to work out how to make Calibre available on my network. The content server is listed as 172.17.0.9:9080 My network though is in the 10.1.2.X range. How do I make it accessible to Calibre Companion from my tablet? Emailing books via cops is not very effective. Quote Link to comment

darrenyorston
I changed the connection settings in Calibre Companion to: 10.1.2.40:9081 That does not work. In the calibre gui, when you enabled the content server, did you set the port to 8081? It seems you set it to 9080. Inside the container, it has to run at port 8081. Then you map it to whatever port you like in the container settings. From the outside, you connect to that port that you set. It's all in the readme Quote Link to comment

aptalca
In the container settings, you can map any path you like. If you map /mnt/user/Downloads on the host to /blah in the container, select /blah in jdownloader gui settings as the download location and your downloads will end up at /mnt/user/Downloads on the host Quote Link to comment
