tucansam
Just tried headphones again..... unraid server is, once again, completely locked up. Web GUI won't work, get a login prompt via ssh, but after five minutes of waiting, having never gotten a "password" prompt, I gave up and closed putty. Quote Link to comment
reggierat
I'm only tracking 253 artists, but running a full refresh succeeded in about 20 minutes, GUI was completely responsive the whole time though. Quote Link to comment
thegizzard
Is this still the best tool for this function? Quote Link to comment
tjb_altf4
Check out Lidarr as an alternative, but it is still in early stages of development. I'm sticking with Headphones for now but running Lidarr on the side for testing. Quote Link to comment
10meghalfduplex
Hi there, loving this docker, but im getting a weird behaviour, in some post processing it seems to get into a loop where it just processes the same thing over and over again - i found 248 copies of the same thing (albulm title), (albulmtitle)(1), (albulm title)(2) etc etc heres an excert of the logs. i have added [deleted] instead of artist name etc so as to not divulge too much into what headphones actually does :-) any thoughts on this please? it only does it on some files 2018-01-25 09:58:08 ERROR Error trying to change permissions on folder: /music/[deleted]. I find an album I want, it is sent to Deluge and downloaded, but then Headphones doesn't see the file in the folder. It isn't an issue with the mapping I use the same file structure across all my automation apps and Deluge. I'm guessing it is a issue with my setting within Headphones, but I haven't found where it is, and there really isn't a good setup guide for this software. Any help is greatly appreciated. I cant get this to work at all. it never scans my library. I add artist manually and try searching but it never gets a torrent. How did you get this to find a torrent?? Quote Link to comment

You have changed the container port to 8182. Always leave the container port at its default. The docker run command you can find by clicking the link in my signature Quote Link to comment
mbc0
Hi, Apologies, I did not see that in your sig! it has been so long since I changed the port I cannot remember what the default is? is it 8181? I would have changed it from that if it was as Plexpy uses 8181 Here is the run command, thank you for your time :-) Command: root@localhost:# /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/scripts/docker run -d --name='headphones' --net='bridge' -e TZ="Europe/London" -e HOST_OS="unRAID" -e 'PUID'='99' -e 'PGID'='100' -p '8182:8181/tcp' -v '/mnt/user/Downloads/Headphones/completed/':'/completed':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/Music/Music (Full)/':'/music':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/processingfolder/Bliss/input':'/blissinput':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/4KMovies/':'/testnotrequireed':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/appdata/headphones':'/config':'rw' 'linuxserver/headphones' 88ca505c4d4cba0e2d2b562ec830d98da7d0b7293691bc88fbe4917cbea7cec0The command finished successfully! mgladwin
my headphones container also stopped working sometime in the last few days. cant access GUI. I too have altered the container port (as it was conflicting with tautulli) and had been working fine up until sometime recently. Edited April 5, 2018 by mgladwin typo Quote Link to comment

saarg
Have you guys changed the http host in web interface settings? @mbc0 You seem to have the web interface at localhost:8181 which is wrong. Should be 0.0.0.0:8181. Edited April 5, 2018 by saarg Quote Link to comment
mbc0
Hi, I have only ever change the port (well over a year or so ago) to 8182, and it worked perfectly, it's only been recently it stopped working, I guess an update broke my install? where does my config say localhost:8181 ? Quote Link to comment
saarg
Your log says that. Just to make sure. You are connecting to unraidip:8182? Quote Link to comment

Any other ideas @saarg? You have changed the port in the webgui of headphones to 9191 at one point and this makes it not work. You either find the port option in your config file or change the port mapping to say 9191 for both host and container port. The reason why it happened is that we changed how headphones is started. We removed the forced port 8181 and this activated the port in the webgui. Quote Link to comment
