heya, i've had the issue that whenever i open the apps tab on my unraid nas i get a popup at the top of the website but no element of the site can be clicked anymore, not even the popup so i can't update my apps or search for new apps this issue has been present for me since i updated to that version, i updated from 6.10.something a few weeks ago any ideas how i can access apps again? media-diagnostics-20240713-2347.zip

I upgraded from 6.11.5. I routinely ran 4 VMs sometimes 5 simultaneously. None of them are significant resource intensive - just different OS's evaluating different programs. This has worked flawlessly for nearly 9 years now since I moved my virtual lab into Unraid. There seems to be a issue when you have (probably) too much tabs open on the Unraid GUI that eventually a part of nginx will crash. This is resulting in spamming the whole syslog server. Docker and VM's are not affected but components that requires a websocket connection are no longer working. Fortunately enough, It was still possible to shutdown every VM and Container to perform a normal reboot. After the reboot everything went back operational. Later on I have enabled SSH to reboot

I have 9 disks for zfs format data disk and 2 parity disk for unraid array.When I read data from 9 data disks simultaneously through /mnt/diskx, the overall throughput is very low, only 300M/s, slightly higher than the throughput of a single disk (260M/s). At the same time, I can see that my 32-core 7d12 CPU is almost fully loaded in the background. CPU-pinning still makes use of the first core (Core 0). But I have allocated all performance cores to my Gaming-VM. But even when the Gaming-VM is turned off the first core is still getting used. (like 50% usage). This must be incorrect as Core Isolation has isolated cores 0-15. Is there something wrong with Core Isolation? If Unraid still makes use of Core 0. Why can you select it then as an isolation core? I think it's better to make Core 0 unselectable then. It w

I had previously rolled back because of nightly crashes but that was a while ago. I thought those issues may be resolved by now but I guess not. After upgrading, within 24 hours the system would lock up. No access to shares, ssh, webui or containers. I have to power cycle to restore. Then again within 24 hours it does the same thing. Hi, I was on 6.9.2 and everything was fine... I upgraded at 6.12.8. Then I notice very slow speed reading file on PC, on PLEX TV, Oculus etc. random error in Plex. My parity check took more than 11 days instead of about 25 hours... Mover too was very slow I did a diskspeed test and notice erractic and very slow speed. I attached diskspeed test with 6.12.8 and 6.9.2 (after downgraded from 6.12.8) Downgrade fixed the problem, is it more stable.

After several crashes of my server I upgraded my Bios on my Asus Steel Legend mother board to the latest bios, created a new USB incase of a failed dongle; and yet it still crashes. All Temps seem good but since the parity check is happening overnight I can't be sure. I have attached the diagnostics report for possible review. Thanks for any suggestions or input. I had been playing with apcups and NUT to get my UPS reporting and I needed to use NUT. So I have disabled APCUPSD in the config as not needed. Hi! I have two remote Unraid servers (6.12.10) using wireguard to share some folders between them and another server. The connection is made using the builtin wireguard server in an ASUS router in another remote place. Nothing strange, and it works as expected. The thing is i had some power outage issues in the ASUS router place and it went down a couple of times. I have UPS for the router to avoid this situation but it run out of battery, i work remotely most of the time

I upgraded from 6.11.5 to 6.12.10. After the upgrade my array would not start up and got stuck at mounting disks. I had a quick look at syslog and it was getting some errors with some of my SSD's in my BTRFS Pools. I panicked as i didn't want to lose any data in one of the pools so rolled back to 6.11.5. After the roll back everything was working fine again with the array starting and I could access the data on both BTRFS pools. I quickly moved all the data off the pools and onto my

Haven't run my VM's for a few months now. Gone to spin up my windows VM to try and edit a bios. But remembered this issue where NoVNC doesnt work on Safari web browser. Before all I would do is copy and paste the web address into chrome and off I go. But someone's changed how the novnc tab works. It loads as a pop up with a hidden address bar so I cannot copy and paste. A work around is usually to force it to open in a new tab by holding down command as y

Hi! This morning I tried to update my system. It successfully booted in to 6.12.10 but disks were missing. I downgraded my system again to 6.12.6 and I was asked to create a bug report and upload the diagnostics. Attached are diagnostics from 6.12.6 & 6.12.10. Hello, I own a array with 3 disks: And a pool with 3 disks in raidZ called Rajdzik I created a share named "syncthing" on the Rajdzik pool and a second share named "syncthing_on_array" on the Array: However, the zfs tools show that the "syncthing" share is not on Rajdzik, but on Array! This is a serious problem. I don't think the ZFS tools are misreading this, rather Unraid's GUI is showing untruths.

Fresh install of Unraid on hardware listed in signature. Forum thread with posts starts here. Migrating exact same HW from TrueNas Scale. Spent a month trying to understand why Unraid did not bring up the DAC in SFP+ Mellanox PCI card, when rebooting the same HW into Scale would bring up the same interface. Learned I had to manually bring up the interface. IMO, all interfaces, or at least those with a link response, should be enabled on installation. Thanks! supermicro-d

EFI / UEFI_NFTS & USB shares randomly appeared ONLY show up on the NETWORK... Nothing in them. Where are they from? It's a bit like the volumes you'd expect on a normal usb key or windows boot key. But why are they appearing as open SHARES? moulin-rouge-diagnostics-20240601-2247.zip

Nothing changed, upgrade from 6.12.8 to .10 basically made my SMB shares no longer mountable and greyed out. This also breaks the auto mount. This then means docker/s started and can't see data and can cleanse plex DB etc. Not Good. Anyone else seeing this? Update: Fixed by manually re-adding shares via SMB - But still a 'bug' in the update process it seems lucky I noticed

After updating to 6.11.1 i issued an update all through the UI button to update all dockers in my installation. After the process completed all the updates it was supposed to do, it started updating all my dockers one by one. This is not supposed to happen, the process was stopping the dockers, tried to pull an updated image which was up to date and then started the docker again.
