After installing Netdata (docker) it was triggering a warning that "App group dhcp file descriptors utilization" was 500% of the process limits. so on my Pool Drive i trying to move a folder into an existing same name folder but it will not let me.. you can COPY but you can not MOVE example \Main\Test123 <=== if i have files in the directory \Main\New\Test123 <== if i have a folder here with files or if its blank now if i try to do MOVE \Main\Test123 to \Main\New\ it does nothing the check box un highlights and does nothing.. but COPY works but Move just cancels out

Hello, I've been dealing with random instances of Firefox (Ubuntu 25.04) slowing, freezing, then crashing. Sometimes the entire machine locks up. I get a message that Firefox had been shut down because it ran out of memory, using all 16 GB... Well I narrowed it down. If I leave a tab open to the UnRAID dashboard, this happens totally random. I have managed to get the tab closed before it totally locks, and the system recovers if I do that, but most times it hard crashes before I can get to

Hello I started the update process (6.12.8 -> 6.12.9) about 8 hours ago, unfortunately I still see “Updating 3rd party drivers”. What exactly is being done here? I don't think this process will continue.. Maybe there is a process running that I should close? How can I debug this? Diagnostics: unraid-diagnostics-20240327-1211.zip *I rebooted and unraid was corrupted, so I had to save the config folder and reinstall unraid manually.. 🙄

Hi, I have a Windows 10 VM with the iGPU passed-through. Initially it was a UHD 630 (Core i3-9100) and then became a UHD P630 when I upgraded to the Xeon E-2278G. It has always worked perfectly up until Unraid 6.12.15. Few days ago I upgraded to Unraid 7.1.2 and now the iGPU no longer works, triggering an Error 43 in Windows. Hi All, On Sept 1, 2025, a scheduled parity check reported a large number of errors, despite previous checks being clean. Started after upgrading to 7.1.14 from 7.0.1. After upgrading to Unraid 7.1.4, 3 of my 7 connected storage devices are no longer detected. I run a janky little Setup with most of my devices connected via USB to a Thin Client. All of the missing HDD's are connected to a 4-Bay-Enclosure. So my guess is, that maybe the controller is the problem. I tried power-cycling the 4-Bay-Enclosure, with or without the drives (and then hot-plugging them one after another). The most I got from this, were 2 of the 3 missing HDD's back in Unraid. Anytime I try to start a VM that has a GPU attached to it (NVidia RTX 3060ti with latest stable drivers and Nvidia drive plugin) it crashes the whole system. I can't access the GUI anymore and if I kill the virsh service from terminal it won't start again unless restarted. I can, however, start the same VM from terminal using "virsh start Windows\ VM" and it runs without a problem

Hello everyone, I was originally on Unraid version 6.12.24. After recently upgrading to version 7, I started experiencing random system freezes. The computer itself does not power off, but Unraid becomes inaccessible and I have to force a shutdown and restart for it to work again. There are no error reports in the system logs. I only use Unraid for basic purposes, with just Unraid OS installed and Home Assistant running in a VM. Could anyone advise me on how to fix this?

Issue: Old working VM with IOMMU group passthrough causes Unraid OS to hang after upgrading from 7.0.0 to 7.1.4. Info: After upgrade Unraid to 7.1.4 system became unaccessible, to drill down and find root cause I found that "Falisafe GUI mode" was the way to access Unraid again. Hello, since a few weeks i get a lot of: php-fpm[9434]: [WARNING] [pool www] child 844 exited on signal 9 (SIGKILL) in the syslog and the webui is incredibly slow and after a while doesn't respond at all. Greetings, with the update to 7.1.4 the docker containers containing Unique Local Addresses in "Fixed IP address" wont start. docker: Error response from daemon: invalid config for network br0: invalid endpoint settings: no configured subnet or ip-range contain the IP address fd85:6e12:4297::2. I used them for DNS services. br0 network does work and contains a working ULA ip address too. The "Fixed IP address" option in the docker containers does show the global subnet 2001::... in the newer ver

The "Toggle Reads/Writes Display" is visible on the Main section, Standby Averages tab when "Page View" is Tabbed in the Display Settings. As there are no read/write statistics on this tab, it's not necessary. It does get hidden correctly when the Array Operation tab is selected. (See screen grab example attached.) I upgraded from 6.12.10 to 7.1.4 this weekend and the mover has completely stopped working. I read through a few similar forum posts but can't seem to figure out what the issue is. One thing I did do to troubleshoot was uninstall the previous Mover Tuner plugin but none of the other solutions I saw seem to apply such as capitalization and cache to array settings unless I am overlooking something. I am also having an issue with syncthing since upgrading suddenly reporting insufficient disc space

So I also have a problem with mover. I've read the other posts here, but I think they are not similar to my problem. Basically I have some files that used to be in my downloads folder on cache drive only. I transferred these files to my music folder which is only located on array, but the files are still located on the cache drive.. mover tuning is not installed, capitalisation error in config is not there. Pressing the mover button does nothing, it just reloads the main site. What can I do? I
