I can't access my unraid from any computer on my network, only from my vm. Tower ip is static and router is not an issue. I Booted in safe mode. Doesn't seem like there is a hardware issue, but I don't know for sure. I downgraded to 7.0.0 from 7.1.2 and dockers status says it's good, but I can't access them most times. My Plex server pops in and out most of the day and I can only access it through my vm, but movies are still unavailable sometimes. Most times I can't even access the unraid main p

I upgraded my tower to the latest version of Unraid (7.1.2), but now all of my docker containers say, "not available." My Plex docker is the only one I can access, but it too goes in and out. All other dockers can't be accessed. Web pages either won't open, or dockers like Radarr asks for passwords that I never set. Half of the time I can't even access my tower using the ip address. I stopped my array and added an additional disk, which was precleared but not formatted. I started the array in maintenance mode but that did not provide a Format option. I attempted to stop the array again so I could re-start in normal mode but the array refused to stop. The log was filled with errors reporting that 'rmdir /mnt/user' failed because it was not empty. I am a long timer user of the Azure Theme and i just updated to 7.1.2. I noticed with this latest update the width of item pop-outs on the sidebar now seems to be dependent on how much text they contain. My recollection is that previously they had a consistent minimum width. Is this an intentional change (if so I am not a fan) or a bug in the theme?

Hi My setup has 3 unraid servers connected with 10gb NIC's. Server 1 is main server with VM's, the other 2 just for more storage. The shares from the storage servers are mounted on the main server and I can see and access the files when I use crusader. In Unraid 6 I was able to use virtiofs to pass through those shares to the VM. Since Unraid 7, I am not able to pass it through. Local shares on the main server can be passed through to the VM this wat with no issue. Like I said, it worked

When pasting the passphrase into the artray from my password manager, I am now required to press enter, where the UI used to autodetect. Raising this as a minor issue, as some people may not think to press enter.

Hi there, I newly bought a ugreen DXP4800PLUS which have a intel 8505 CPU whth IGPU. I'm using IGPU to run hardware acclerator for Frigate streaming and object detect. got a issue that /dev/dri will disappear randomly probobily because there are some action used the igpu like start/stop frigate, on/off a VM with sr-iov igpu bounded. Hi! I'm gonna briefly describe my setup and then my findings. I have Unraid installed on my desktop PC. It has 64GB of RAM and two 3070s. Mostly for "2 Gamers - 1 PC setup" (I share it with my wife). I'm not even sure this is a bug but I'm having a problem in resuming a direct fiber connection between unRaid (both 7.0.1 and 7.1.0-rc1) and a Win11 PC. I'm using 2 Dell x710-DA2 NIC with SFP+ adapter, one in the unRaid setup and the other one in my local Win11 PC. NIC are both using latest firmware available on Dell support website. Hi, I am trying to change to a larger disk, but I got that error. This does not make sense to me. Basically, I am trying to swap one of the 900G to a 1.8T drive, but not working. Btw these 2TB ones and 900GB ones are under different vdevs. Seems Unraid is expecting 2TB drives, which is not necessary. A temporary solution is: You can replace the drive with zpool replace you_tank_name /dev/sd* /dev/sd* After resilvering, stop the array, unassign all drives from the pool, click the pool name

Requesting HTTPS on a normal HTTP port is usually forbidden in proxys like SQUID. Therfore the test fails, UNRAID retries endlessly unless you delete the configuration again. Change the test to "http://www.msftncsi.com" , this is what Windows Boxes use and what succeeds.

The main VMs page shows a green triangle or red square next to VMs depending on their running state. There is also the VM Usage Statistics at the top of the page. When a VM is shutdown, the VM no longer appears in the VM Usage Statistics, but the green triangle does not automatically switch to the red square icon indicating it is stopped. It would make sense for this state to be updated along with the VM Usage Statistics state.

I keep getting these false error mesages about my attached UPS named 'mercury', despite batteries should be fine and there were no power outage or any other power-related incident at all. These errors started to appear about 2-3 weeks after installing the UPS. Before that: no error messages. I was running Unraid 6.12.15 with VM GPU passthrough configured (Intel UHD Graphics 730), outputting to a monitor. I was using a VBIOS from this GitHub https://github.com/patmagauran/i915ovmfPkg . Good morning, I've noticed on the last couple updates that the "archived notifications" are mostly blank. I thought further unRAID updates would solve it but apparently not. This has been happening since 6.12.15. I have attached a screenshot to show what is happening as well as diagnostics. Thanks for any help I can get. When editing a VM configuration, there are settings that are grouped closely together that deserve space between and space between settings that should be grouped together. With Unraid 7.1.2 Unraid froze within 2 days. The CPU utilization went to 100%. All VMs crashed. When you log in, you see the message that the UBS boot device cannot be accessed. The USB boot device is error-free after several scans, e.g. with HDTune. It is even possible to boot from the USB boot device again without any problems. This time even in the same USB port. The first time the USB port had to be changed. I have had this problem since I started using Unraid 7.1.2.

Hey all, I updated the other day and have been fighting with my server ever since. Pages love to go unresponsive halfway through. Installing containers, checking plugin page, trying to get to page 2 of community apps. Community apps said it was a PHP issue. However I just tried to ssh into the server using PuTTY, and it went unresponsive in seconds. I don't have anything special in the network setup. Not sure this is recreateable on other machines. I will be downgrading in 24 hours. Postponing

I recently upgraded to the latest stable release and decided I want to use the new clone feature so I could easier revert to a “clean” version of Windows more easily. But in the name I had: “Windows 10 LTSC 2021 (CLEAN)” but when trying to clone the Virtual Machine. After the server came back online, it started the usual parity check. Every 3 seconds I see a "lsof -Fn /mnt/disk1" command running which uses a fair amount of CPU. I figured out it's triggered from within "/usr/local/emhttp/webGui/nchan/update_1". I tried to execute "lsof -Fn /mnt/disk1" as root via SSH but it exits with code 1. I don't think that's intended. If I e.g. do "lsof -Fn /mnt/disk1/appdata" it works fine.
