  1. Hi folks, please update to today's release: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/138392-unraid-connect-plugin-announcements/#comment-1257785 It should be impossible to see this message any longer: "cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'tolowercase')" but I am not sure what it will be replaced with as we have not been able to reproduce this. If you continue to have issues, please go to Settings -> Management Access -> Unraid Connect and see the new section on how to download and submit logs. Once we have the logs we should be able to get to the bottom of this.
  2. If UPnP is enabled on your router, you might as well use it. If you have disabled UPnP in your router because you think your router's implementation has security issues then I'm not going to argue with you. There are several benefits to UPnP here: You don't have manually configure your router to do port forwarding, so it is easier In "Static - UPnP" mode, the system picks a new random WAN port every time you reboot the server. In "Dynamic - UPnP" mode, it picks a new random WAN port every time Remote Access is enabled from Connect. And the wan port is fully closed when remote access is disabled from the Connect side. So assuming you trust your router's implementation of UPnP, then "Dynamic - UPnP" is the best option to choose. If you don't trust your router's implementation of UPnP then I would choose "Dynamic - Manual Port Forward" For more information about Remote Access please see https://wiki.unraid.net/Connect#Remote_Access_.28optional.29
  3. Thanks @BRiT, I agree there is a problem here. We'll get this fixed
  4. I would just reboot as the OS is installed fresh on each boot.
  5. Full diagnostics are always helpful
  6. You need to migrate from the legacy unriad.net certificate to the new myunraid.net certificate. See https://unraid.net/blog/ssl-certificate-update-2
  7. Disable Jumbo frames. Fix Common Problems would have warned of this, here are some details: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/120220-fix-common-problems-more-information/page/2/#comment-1167702 I'd also recommend installing the Fix Common Problems plugin
  8. Install the Fix Common Problems plugin and run it, then start your own thread in general support. Be sure to upload your diagnostics.zip (from Tools -> Diagnostics)
  9. See https://unraid.net/blog/ssl-certificate-update-2 Nice, you essentially did what the blog post recommends and switched from an unraid.net cert to a myunraid.net cert. BTW, I'd recommend installing the Fix Common Problems plugin as it could have alerted you to this
  10. Good thinking to pull it from the install zip, I wasn't sure what to suggest
  11. Please upload your diagnostics.zip file (from Tools -> Diagnostics)
  12. Please go to the Plugins tab and upgrade the My Servers plugin to Unraid Connect: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/138392-unraid-connect-plugin-announcements/#comment-1255739 Then follow the guide here to set up Remote Access: https://wiki.unraid.net/Connect#Remote_Access_.28optional.29 We now support UPnP so if that is enabled on your router it can reduce issues related to manual port forwarding. If you continue to have issues please provide screenshots of the settings page and another diagnostics.
  13. We haven't yet incorporated account images from the forum into the new identity system, so I'm uncertain how MediaTower is showing an image. Possibly you are accessing that server with old javascript, clearing your browser cache and/or restarting your browser might make them the same.
  14. Based on similar reports from other users, there is a good chance your flash drive needs to be replaced. But if you're able to hold off a bit, we will soon have a new release that will definitely not give the "tolowercase" message. I'd like to see what message it does give instead (we have not been able to reproduce this problem ourselves)
  15. Sorry for the trouble. Would you please clear your "cookies and other site data" in Chrome?
  16. Looks like the dhparam.pem file on your flash drive is corrupt: Apr 26 23:52:41 DUNE emhttpd: shcmd (26): /etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start Apr 26 23:52:41 DUNE root: Starting Nginx server daemon... Apr 26 23:52:41 DUNE root: nginx: [emerg] PEM_read_bio_DHparams("/etc/nginx/dhparam.pem") failed (SSL: error:0909006C:PEM routines:get_name:no start line:Expecting: DH PARAMETERS) I am a little concerned this means other files on your flash drive could be corrupt. To resolve this issue, run these two commands at the terminal: rm /boot/config/ssl/dhparam.pem /etc/rc.d/rc.nginx reload
  17. At the terminal type "diagnostics" and note where it put the zip file. Then get that file to another computer and upload it here so we can see your settings and logs.
  18. Would you do me a favor and enable logging on your firewall so you can confirm whether it is blocking traffic?
  19. Glad you got it working! If you run into ipv6 issues again you might grab diagnostics and start a new thread under general support
  20. Tell me about your network, do you have any kind of firewall that could be blocking outgoing communication from the server? On the Settings -> Network Settings page, what are your DNS servers set to? Also, please open a web terminal and provide the output from `unraid-api report -v`
  21. Hmm, would you please click on your username in the upper right corner of the webgui and choose "Sign out of Unraid.net". Reload the page and then sign back in? I want to see if there is an issue with your profile. If you still get the same error message from your screenshot, please open a web terminal and show the output of `unraid-api report`
  22. Hey folks, please go to the Plugins tab and check for updates, this will upgrade you to Unraid Connect: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/138392-unraid-connect-plugin-announcements/#comment-1255739 There have been many changes and improvements which should resolve many problems. Of course, if you continue to have issues please let us know.
