If you have VPN enabled then the qbit app will not start until it connects to the endpoint. Without any logs or a docker run command it’s hard for others to know what’s going on.

If you toggle advanced view in the top right corner of the page you’ll see the orphaned images and a check box to delete them.

You might also try a different VPN provider. I know PIA offers a 30 day money back plan. Other ProtonVPN users might have more insight into this.🤷

It appears that the container isn’t connecting but not sure why. The fact that no other containers are working suggests to me that the issue lies outside this container. There was a recent post by another user stating that they had similar issues due to pihole blocking the connection. Are you running any DNS or IP blockers on your firewall? Might also be your ISP. Are you able to connect to ProtonVPN from other machines on your network?

You’ll need to provide details, logs, etc. Start with the docker run command and supervisord.log. Be sure to redact users/passwords.

What tags have you tried and what do you see in the log when you roll back?

The docker has its own support thread (click the docker’s icon and select “support”). I would suggest posting any issues there. It’s typically well supported.

Thanks but as far as I can tell that is windows specific and I’m not entirely convinced it’ll work with expired certs.

You’ll likely need to restart the container to apply the changes.

Edit the configuration file. appdata/binhex-qbittorrentvpn/qbittorrent/config/qBittorrent.conf. It’s line 103 in mine.

Thanks. I’m guessing this would need to be done for every machine on the LAN though. I might try adding a DNS A record for the unifi docker webUI to my DNS server and add the docker to my LetsEncrypt cert. I think I could use HA Proxy then and browsers would use the LE certificate. I know its probably more complicated but would be network wide and a permanent solution if I can figure it out.

How would I download the cert from the unifi controller?

So I can install a self-signed cert on the docker image?

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question, but maybe. I'm sick of getting invalid certificate warnings from my browser when connecting to the webui. My preference would be to access the ui via http since it's only exposed locally but that doesn't seem to be an option at all.☹️ I'm wondering if there is some way to make a self-signed certificate work???

Nevermind, found it in the logs “no filters specified monitoring all containers”.

If I don’t set any container filters will this docker just monitor all containers?
