  1. I have a GTX 1060 6GB and it seems to work... strange yours doesn't.
  2. @Geekd4d in the deluge WebUI, at the bottom right, you should see your "WAN IP". If this IP is the VPN ip, then i guess it's working in the VPN. There might be better way, just something quick I though.
  3. @hiptoss Great details! I didn't know of the limitation of changing it to QEMU Emulated CPU, so your details might solve issues for others
  4. In the VM tab of Unraid, click the individual VM you want to control.
  5. Change the CPU from Host passthru to Emulated. there is currently an issue with passing-thru AMD Ryzen 3000 series on QEMU 5.0 (what they ship 6.9beta22 with. You can do that in the WebGUI mode of the edit VM page, not even need to go in Advanced XML view.
  6. Seems to work fine. Small request: Can you add the full User Name of the users using the streams ? Just a big "F" or big "S" for lets say "Frank" or "Susan" is not useful when you also have a "Sylvain" and "Frodo" user...
  7. They probably update the driver for the e1000e in the 6.9.x Unraid (I just assume this, I have no knowledge of them doing so). 6.9 is on a lot more recent linux kernel also. This beta is at Beta 22, almost RC from what I understand. It is very stable for most of us running on it. If you run Unraid as a home user, i wouldn't be too much worried to run on it. If in Enterprise, that's another story
  8. Hi, I have a Rosewill RSV-L4000 if interested. It was modified with a kit from Spotswood computer cases during the mining craze (https://spotswoodcomputercases.com/wp/?page_id=9120). The modified allow the use of up to 7 GPU in the case. I have all the pieces from the original RSV-L4000, so it can be put back "as original" if needed. PM me if interested.
  9. @ryanhaver You can do it yourself using the new Unraid-Kernel-Helper docker. That let you build your own version, and you can add the new beta Nvidia driver.
  10. I saw the new bios, but did not installed it yet. I plan on maybe switching board and cpu with my other PC (asrock x470 with Ryzen 2700x) because I feel the 3900x will be more useful in a gaming pc
  11. @Killersplace Let us know if that helped thanks!
  12. Anything but EFI, could be EFI-, EFI.old, EFIwhatever, etc.
  13. Did you try renaming the EFI folder on the USB key to force a Legacy boot ? might not be needed anymore, but I did that on a old SuperMicro motherboard a while ago.
  14. Ok. Thanks! What about my other questions? any idea about that ? Can I just empty the disk i want to remove, then stop the server, reinstall my motherboard/cpu/ram/hba in my new case, connect everything, and let it detect the disks and Unraid will choose where are disk1 or disk3 and stay OK ? do I need to do a new Config ? I just don't want to loose the data, I don't have a full backup due to the size...
  15. Hi all ! I'm about to do a major change to my Unraid server. Currently, I have a Lian-Li Full tower (PC-A77) with 4 of the iStarUSA BPN-DE350SS-RED (5-in-3). My array currently consist of disk1 to disk18 (but disk15 doesn't exist (?)) and I have Parity1 and Parity2. My Cache device is a Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage. I bought a Supermicro CSE-836 SuperChassis (empty) with a SAS2 backplane (SATA3 compatible) and dual SuperQuiet 920W Platinum PSUs. This case allow me to only have 16 disks in the bays and couple of 2.5in inside the server chassis if I want. So, in total, I would be able to put 2 x parity and only 14 data disks. I will have to eliminate 3 disks from my array so they server is fully populated. My Disk Usage is only at 64% right now and most of my disks are 8TB, with 2 x 5TB and 2 x 6TB. I also have another 8TB not currently in the server that can replace one of the 6TB. So, i want to remove my 2 x 5TB and 1 x 6TB (and later, replace the other 6TB by my 8TB I have laying around, but I'll do that after). If I move out all data from those 3 disks to other disks that have enough free space, how can I re-arrange the Array so I can have disk1 to disk14 as data disks with my 2 x parity. I don't mind running a new Parity Sync after the process, but If it can be avoid, that would be even better. Also, another challenge is that with the new case, i'll have a backplane with only 2 cables going to 1 of my LSI SAS2008-based PCIe Card. My other LSI SAS2008 won't be required anymore. Does the fact that I switch to a backplane will also add complexity to my data disk re-arrange process ? I mean, they won't be recognized in the same order for sure... Thanks to the guru of storage that can help me on this
  16. After reading couple of options, since this VM only host a Backup server software, I switch the CPU to Emulated instead of Host-Passthru. I don't really care the degraded performances due to this. There is a CPU feature that is passed with 5.0 that doesn't work with Ryzen, only on EPIC, that's why it causing this. Also, alternatively, can modify the domain XML of the VM to add a bunch of stuff.
  17. @ich777 Thanks! now in French . I'm still trying to find a way to have my Win10 VM booting. I know with QEMU 5.0, they have an issue with Ryzen 3000 series CPU causing a Kernel Crash.
  18. Oh! this is what got me confused, i didn't saw it was a beta of the driver Anyone know how to add one of the language pack? (i mean the official ones already created). If I go to settings / display, there is only English in the drop down box.
  19. Ok, now on your Pre-Build 6.9.0beta22 w/NVIDIA driver backed-in. Works well. I can confirm my PLEX still does HW transcoding, and my System Temps now works fine on my X570 motherboard w/ Ryzen 9 3900x Question: Is there a newer version of the NVIDIA Driver available ? I thought that 440.82 is pretty old (not sure).
  20. Wow! seems a nice build. Sadly, since GPU drivers are not backed-in, I can't use it now because I rely on NVIDIA Transcoding for my PLEX docker :(. God I need a Test Server so much now!
  21. I think it worth a shot. Also, check his others videos, he is very good with lots of small issue like you are having . You might want to contact him for more help if it doesn't fix your issue, since he knows a lot of AMD Passthru to VMs.
