  1. Very interested in this.. does this do the same as Swagg but using a UI? if so how hard would it be migrating from swagg to this docker? I already have a custom network set-up and have 6-7 sub domains set-up that point to various containers on my server.
  2. Hi Johnny So don't think it was straight forward and should have probably wrote it down but from memory I did the following Downloaded Spigot from the website and uploaded the Jar to the server (Couldn't get it to download through mineos webui) I then created a new server and made the jar file for the server the Spigot JAR i had uploaded. Once that was up and running I downloaded the required plugin Geyser-spigot version and added that to the plugin folder within the server folder. i then followed the instructions in the config file that came with Geyser to
  3. ok worked out what is stopping the docker.. its the CA appdata backup plugin which is stopping the docker image... all my other backup items seem to restart fine.. why would this docker freeze when trying to restart?
  4. Hi @binhex. got a weird issue and cant seem to work out what's happening so hoping someone can give me some insight. I have two servers running that I leave up all the time. The last few mornings I have woken to find the actual docker unresponsive and I am unable to access the webUI. restarting the docker container seems to sort the issue. looking at the logs for the docker I see the following happens around 4am each morning. 2021-06-24 04:00:04,672 WARN received SIGTERM indicating exit request 2021-06-24 04:00:04,673 DEBG killing start-script (pid 75) with s
  5. Hi All. Anyone got a swag proxy-conf file to access the webUI from a sub domain? tried a few that i have for other dockers but none seem to work Don't worry sorted it anyone know of a tutorial showing hoe to install the crossplay plugin Geyser? dont worry sored this also.
  6. I am getting the same issue as THymon Added the 3 variables but Emby not showing gpu as transcoding not does it show the GPU if you change hardware transcoding to advance in the menu.
  7. Thank you sir I made a slight tweak to this as swag gave an error on a missing file in case anyone else wants to use it. saved file as owncast.subdomain.conf server { listen 443 ssl; include /config/nginx/ssl.conf; include /config/nginx/error.conf; <-- removed this as swag logs said the file was missing server_name owncast.*; <-- changed this as its seems to work same as other dockers location / { proxy_pass http://IPOFSERVER:PORT; proxy_set_header Range $http_range; proxy_set_header If-Range $http_if_range; proxy_set_header X-Real-IP
  8. @ich777 Thanks very much for the owncast docker this is really interesting. A couple of questions 1. port 8080 is already being used for another docker. is it safe to just change this to another port in the template? 2. Is there a simple proxy-conf I can edit to use this docker with swag so I can use my own domain to reach the site?
  9. ok just started off another download and is back to 50mb a second.
  10. morning all. is there any definitive way of working out exactly what tunnel the sab information is going through when downloading? So basically I have SabVPN set-up using PIA and wireguard which up until today would give me around 55-60 meg download speeds of my total 1gb connection which is about the max PIA would give me. Sab updated this morning and after that update I am now getting almost max throughput on my connection which is unusual for PIA so now im doubting that I am connected to PIA at all although the docker log shows no errors at all.
  11. No I don't have reverse proxy. I use cloudflare so on my setting within cloudflare target-down.com resolves to my actual hosting. I have A record for set with a subdoamin that resolves my external home IP valheim.target-down.com is a CNAME record that just points back to the main sub domain that tracks the IP address. but irrelevant of the domain if I were external and wanted to connect to the server what port would I use that the end? Internally it seems to use 2457 if trying to connect but is that the same externally or would you use port 2456?
  12. which port do you need to use for external connections to the server? I set-up my domain to use 2457 should it be 2456? that domain should work as it points directly back to my external IP and i have set-up an SRV connection to the UDP port. target-down.com will only resolve to my hosting website.
  13. ok I have the server running and I have set-up a subdomain and SRV file pointing direct at my external IP + port 2457 any one have 5 mins to try and connect and see how they get on? should be able to reach it by simply putting valheim.target-down.com
  14. I feel like I am being really dumb. Is this simply a case of me not being able to ping the server using external IP because in inside my network? I can actually see traffic in my firewall form external IP's to the server IP+port
  15. I run pfsense on its own dedicated machine Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1240 v3 @ 3.40GHz Current: 3400 MHz, Max: 3401 MHz 8 CPUs: 1 package(s) x 4 core(s) x 2 hardware threads AES-NI CPU Crypto: Yes (active) I am going to post over on the pfsesne part of reddit as it even an issue with a simple TCP port forward not working anymore.
  16. just wanted to say thanks for all the help this morning... At this stage I have given up trying to get it to work... i think PFsesne is just to complex for me to understand whats not going correct. Just tried a minecraft server to make sure it wasnt Valheim and I am getting the same issue. can connect locally but even after forwarding ports I cant connect with external IP I have three TCP port forwards in my pfsense settings and all of them show as port open when i use a website to check... but if I even simply copy one of those rules and change the port by 1 the port c
  17. Trying to connect via IP. I seem to be finding people on reddit who are having same issue with Pfsesne and specifically Valheim.. i just need to work out how to fix it.
  18. Thanks. I tried to connect via both internal and external ip's and only internal works Sorry didn't realise client had to have same files for the Valheim plus.
  19. ok im stumped. tried mucking around with the port forwarding and cant get it to work. I have multiple port forwards on this router and only this one seems to not work. Side not I set Valheim plus to true and can see files in the appdata folder. tried changing some of the options in the valheimplus.cfg file and restarted the server but none of the options seem to have taken... is there something that needs to be done activate it on the server?
  20. Yes I can connect using local IP No I can connect using my external IP Yes i tried connecting using a PC that is connected to a different ISP and it cannot see the sever using the external IP Does the screenshot i posted with the port forward settings look correct?
  21. that link you posted seems to show a lot more ports than just the 3 standard ones in the docker template. which ports did you forward if you dont mind me asking
  22. Thanks thats what I thought. I have port forwarding set-up for Plex and that has no issues with people remote connecting to my server
  23. as far as I know my ISP does not block ports, I have a 1gig fibre connection where the IP vary rarely changes but i moitor the IP in PFsesne I also tried on my sons PC which is routed through a different ISP (I have two lines into my house) and he cant ping the external ip either Here is my port forward settings in case I have done something silly I created a rule for each port and the IP in the screenshot is the IP of my unraid server
  24. Thanks. I had the same idea so thought I would start a fresh I pulled down the container again.. only things I have changed are Server Name, world name and the default password. I also set Valheim plus to true Started the container and shows no error in the logs, I was careful and changed the server name from the name I used last night and straight away with my internal IP address I can see the server with the new name up and running. Tried with WANIP and again cant connect and shows no server running using either of the 3 ports. is p
  25. Thanks. Server has been up all night and still cant ping it on the steam server browser like I can with my internal IP I just loaded up the game and tried to connect with my WANIP+ 2456,2457,2458 and it wouldn't let me connect but internal IP+port still works fine. The port forward i set-up on the router is pretty basic and just forwards each port from WAN to the ip of my unraid server
