You appear to be using a pirated version of Unraid. These cracked versions often have hidden boot loaders and other nefarious things. I would recommend buying a legitimate copy of unraid first and foremost.

kernel option + kernel flag don't appear to have made it over to the new docs site but it still links to the old legacy site. check filesystem has been updated. parity swap and shrink array work for me. (test) I'll look for split level in the new docs right now...
