There is a feature planned which groups containers for that reason. Exclude the mentioned path in one of them. Quote Link to comment

At least it would run. it works - when I put it in User Scripts plugin, but i don't know how (im kinda new to linux etc) how to save (which format should i use of the file of the script) and where should I put it. It cuts my appdata backup for Plex in half - both in the size of the Plex appdata backup and in total time to backup 34 dockers.
