IOU872
I already have a PlexPass and it's already set up. The problem is it's a manual download since it's a beta version. The download is done here https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/230212/ When you have the install beta file downloaded, put it in the /boot/config/plugins/Plexmediaserver folder. You will see two files in there similar to: Plexmediaserver-PhAzE-1.1.4.2757-24ffd60-x64.txz* Plexmediaserver-PhAzE-1.1.4.2757-24ffd60-x64.txz.md5* You need to delete the .md5 file, and the old .txz file, and rename your new beta one the same as the one you just deleted. Then force the plugin to install again with: /etc/rc.d/rc.Plexmediaserver install Just note that in the settings page GUI it will show an update is available (to the latest stable plex pass version) which you can safely ignore. Hi guys. Im fairly new to unRAID and brand new to this forum. I am running the PhAzE Plex media server plugin but want to upgrade to the Beta release to get my DVR function going. I have followed the instructions as outlined above however each time i run the command to force the docker to reinstall it reinstalls to the version that comes with the PhAzE plugin. Has anyone else experienced this? i can't seem to find anyone else experiencing the same problem. Quote Link to comment
naturalcarr
Hi, all. I'm having a problem with FileBot not downloading subtitles. When I use the '-get-subtitles" option, I'm prompted to run the opensubtitles configuration (filebot -script fn:configure), however, after I input my username and password and get the "testing ok"/"done" message, and try to get subtitles again, I'm met with the same prompt. It seems that user inputs for the open subtitles username and password are deleted/ignored/inaccessible. I'll attach a screenshot to show what I mean. Here are my exact inputs filebot -get-subtitles /mnt/user/Files/Media/Videos/Movies/'"Pulse (2006)"' --lang eng --output srt --encoding utf8 -non-strict filebot -script fn:configure Quote Link to comment
Darcalen
SONARR plugin, "Installed Version Unknown" error. Is anyone else having this issue? Attached is a snip of the plugin web interface. The installed version (according to Sonarr->System->About) is 2.0.0.4472. I'm betting the "unknown" version is prompting the update Sonarr button, but what is causing the unRAID interface for the plugin to not recognize the version in the first place? Is this something wrong with the plugin or is it a problem with Sonarr itself? And, how can I fix this? I have already completely removed Sonarr and reinstalled, I have tried to "update Sonarr" using the button and from the CLI, and I have also tried a fresh install of unRAID on a clean thumb drive and installed the plugin from scratch. All efforts end with the same results (see attached). Thanks in advance for any assistance. Quote Link to comment

johnny121b
I restarted my server (5.06) earlier today, and everything came back up, including PLEX & Sickbeard. All except Sabnzbd. Where should I go from here? [glow=red,2,300] UPDATE:[/glow] Problem was- both my plugin AND my Sabnzbd were out-of-date. liquidkaos
Looks like this is affecting others. My friends 6.X system will not update his Sonarr version. Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
Im not able to replicate that. I just installed Sonarr from scratch on unraid 6.2 a minute ago and it works (with the ezception that it cant detect the installed version after) but starts and functions normally. Perhaps start by stopping phaze plugins, deleting the phaze common folder Rm -rf /mnt/cache/.PhAzE-Common/ Then start the plugin again. Also make sure your plugin version is 2016.11.30.1 Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
It appears from your logs that your server cant reach sonarr download site. Also try running: /etc/rc.d/rc.Sonarr latestversion And see what the output is Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
I've updated the Sonarr plugin to correctly grab the 'installed version' again. Tested install, works fine, repeated install multiple times without issue. -=PhAzE=- Quote Link to comment

liquidkaos
UGH! Don't make me use Sickbeard! LOL! PhAzE
Try this: Edit the sonarr.plg file in /boot/config/plugins folder. Look for the variable called appurl and its something like Update.sonarr.tv... Change it to download.sonarr.tv (replace update with download) then test the install again. Ill check for the direct download command if this doesnt work. 1 Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
otherwise run this: wget -qO /boot/config/plugins/Sonarr/Sonarr-PhAzE-2.0.0.4472-src.tar.gz http://download.sonarr.tv/v2/master/mono/NzbDrone.master.2.0.0.4472.mono.tar.gz this will download the file manually. then you can run the install from the web gui. 1 Quote Link to comment
liquidkaos
Perfect! The direct download link worked instantly.. Strange that this one plugin won't auto download even though everything else works fine (15+ plugins) Thanks for checking back! Edited February 24, 2017 by liquidkaos Quote Link to comment
VodkaPump
Trying to install flexget, but it doesn't seem to install properly. On the bottom of the webgui I see this: "Installing FlexGet... Install failed: App executable not found Starting FlexGet..." 1 Quote Link to comment
liquidkaos
Interestingly enough, I had to update Sonarr with wget again using the latest version number. This worked, but automated updates only for this plugin seem to be failing (same with original install). This is a fresh 6.3 system, very strange. Side question: Are you planning on supporting Radarr for movies as a plugin? Added: Just tried to install transmission and I'm in the same boat. Maybe any new plugins that i try to add are having a problem. I wonder what could have changed after installing the first 14 or so plugins (about 4 of yours included) that is causing these new additions to fail? Odd. VodkaPump: Do you only have this problem for FlexGet? Can you try Transmission? Edited February 24, 2017 by liquidkaos Quote Link to comment
phenomeus
hi Phaze, i think i messed something up. i played around and activated git, unrar and p7zip with nerd tools. and after that Sickrage couldn't update because it can't find the helper git-remote-https i also installed par2cmdline-0.4-x86_64-1alien.tgz through /boot/packages and now par2 in Sabnzbd is also broken. can you help me fix or restore to your way? i uninstalled Sickrage.plg and reinstalled newest v3 on my 6.3.2 unraid system, but still have the same problems. side question: is there a way maybe for the future, that nerd tools and your releases can work together? thank you in advance for your help Edited February 24, 2017 by phenomeus Quote Link to comment
teamhood
Phaze - First, thank you for everything. I've been using the SubSonic plugin from you for a few months. I've run into issue where is just stops working and I assume being a longtime SubSonic user is that I need to increase the allotted memory to SubSonic. Previously I would bump it up to 1 or 2Gb and it would help stop the random freezing for the large library that I have. If there any chance you can add that to the config page? Quote Link to comment
