It did upgrade and runs fine. Security check shows code integrity issue.

Looks like files that don't need to be there any more.

Correct. If you pull the latest image release yesterday those integrity issues should go away the next time you restart the container.

Installed the upgrade last night, not showing any upgrades available, restarted and still showing the extra files. Not too worried about it, will check again when the next upgrade comes out.

Same here. Just updated to the latest version of the container but the integrity errors are still present. You still want the logfiles you mentioned in the previous page?

Yes to anyone still seeing integrity checks. Post your container logs. Also make sure you've pulled the latest image using the check for updates button in the docker tab in unRAID and applied the update.

Hi all, i searching for a solution to fix the "The library pdlib is not available." issue to install the "Face Recognition" App but i cant find a workaround... Any ideas?

I have the same problem.
Docker image is up to date, but still the integrity errors.

I also have the error with the "missing indices".

I was able to fix this normally with the command "sudo -u abc php /config/www/nextcloud/occ db:add-missing-indices". Unfortunately this does not work anymore either.

For anyone having issues running occ, the correct command to use with the LSIO container is:

docker exec -it nextcloud occ

Also, I forgot to mention an important detail about the file integrity fix that has been released (entirely my bad!)

docker exec nextcloud touch /config/www/nextcloud/config/needs_migration

Then restart the container.

The reason is the fix is only meant to run when you upgrade from a previous version (which includes the migration process that moved nextcloud's files inside the container). This will make the container think it needs to perform an upgrade and cleanup the integrity check files, and nextcloud will recognize it's already up to date and carry on fine.

The pdlib extension for php 8.2 does not seem to be available in the alpine package repository. There is a pdlib extension for php 8.0 in edge/testing, but we need 8.2.

Ran the command and restarted the container. Still showing the extra files.

Would manually deleting the files hurt anything?

Try a rescan in the adminsetting..

I run the command, stop the container and make a rescan. now is anything okay..

Thank you so much for the help. I can confirm that one I run the Touch command on the console for my nextcloud docker container it works. I also had to click on rescan and it says everything is good.

For anyone who has still integrity check errors, you need to run:

occ integrity:check-core (for the core extra files)

and

occ integrity:check-app <app name> (for the apps extra files be sure to remove first the app extra files in the volume).

No need to do anything.

This should work, and I also believe there is a way to trigger an integrity check rescan for everything at once from inside the web UI.

sorry for late reply. I was little disappointed the way it went down. Its also a wake up call for me who thought this would be a robust solution. My mistakes were few .. adding wrong repository address (in one way the "https://" inclusion should have not taken down the entire app) , and second was not taking app data backup regularly. TBH , ididnt know it existed.

I have made the nextcloud share as "Export: YES" and have moved the files to another location on unraid itself.

In my case there is no CONTAINER AT ALL to STOP , its all gone , no listing of that app. So have to do a fresh reinstall of nextcloud.

Let me update how it goes.Will setup everything and upload one or two pics from phone and then try to put back the folder which i moved back to nextcloud and hope the app recognizes and adds it to its database or whatever.

Developers , kindly let me know if you want anything (log files etc) before i do a reinstall. Should be a casestudy how one wrong url could totally remove the app from listing and become unrecoverable.
