I have an ASUS Prime Z370-A motherboard and just added an IO crest 2 port SATA card (Asmedia chipset) to the PCIe x16_3 slot.  Upon boot up I noticed that my parity drive (still plugged into the motherboard) was now shows as sdc and my drive 1 (also connected to motherboard) is now sdb.  Not sure why this occurred as all my drives used to be in order sdb-sdg.   Additionally, I had my Windows 10 VM configured to pass through a USB controller for my keyboard mouse etc while my other Asme

I had a issue with Docker today. One Docker container became unresponsive after I tried to update the config. I hanged in the browser. So I tried to remove the container and this was impossible then I stopped the other containers. My intention was to stop and start docker again. This didn't help. So then I tried to stop the array. This also failed and unRAID server OS generated a report with graceful shutdown. After everything rebooted my virtual network of Docker was gone. I had to change some

I occasionally have an issue where my two disk BTRFS cache pool device fails on wake after sleep. It appears the cache disk devices, intermittently, aren't ready available in time, and the BTRFS cache pool goes offline. Is there a way to tune a timeout for this?    I'll gather logs next time it happens.

I did a test today with my UPS to make sure the battery is working normally.  Unraid is set to power down at 600 seconds (10 minutes) or 20% battery power.  I unplugged the UPS from the wall and it switched to battery.  I have a 900 watt UPS so run time at idle is about 30-40 minutes.  Unraid emailed me at 9:21 PM that power loss was detected.  Then immediately after I got a second email also 9:21 PM saying Unraid was shutting down due to battery level below the 20% threshold.  Sure enough, the

The right vertical scrollbar is appearing then disapearing, then reappearing over and over, making the page wobble from side to side.   In shares(tab) -> Add Share Set name to 123 Accept all defaults by clicking 'Add share'.   Go to Shares(tab) -> Click share '123'.   The shares settings page is shown, and it wobbles from side to side.   This occurs when the browxser is full page, e.g. not minimised. Hi   I have ssl certs for wild card (*.domain.com) from Let's encrypt. And I expand cert for root domain (*.domain.com, domain.com).   But unRAID redirect first cert address. (emhttp-server.conf has "return 302 https://*.stonecold.kr:443$request_uri;.")   That's not correct address.   So, need improve resolve ssl cert address or manual address setting.

This happened with 6.3.5. I'm sorry, I'm not going to upgrade unRAID while my array is in unprotected state, so I can only report this issue with 6.3.5.   I've had a power outage. After booting up, one disk was dead. I started the array, nevertheless. The missing disk is now being "emulated", which is nice. However, unRAID insisted on doing a full Parity check. The user description field seems to accept special characters (slash, back-slash etc.) but will not accept a colon.   If a colon is included for a new user, the new user is not created. While trying to add a colon, the change is not accepted.   6.5.1   RIchard

The occured this morning, booted up the server to get my plex docker cleaned up ( metadata ) , and the Cache showed No File System (no btrfs devices). So started troubleshooting, but could never get it to function. this worked 2 versions ago, many times.  Now, after upgrading twice, the USB controller I've passed thru to my Windows VM no longer recognized when a device is plugged in 9 out of 10 times, and if I leave it plugged in, then restart the VM, it finds the device, but it's regularly disconnecting and reconnecting, making it useless, as any file operations are killed when it disconnects momentarily.   I've tried with 2 cables, and 2 drives, and it's acted this way with all combinations.  N
