I posted in general support regarding this issue. After updating to 6.6.3, I discovered that I had to force SMB shares to unmount using sudo umount -f if I had written any files to the share from my Mac desktop running macOS Sierra (10.12.6). Downgrading to 6.6.2 corrected the issue, so it would seem to be caused by changes to SMB in the 6.6.3 release. This diagnostic was taken after attempting to unmount a share and then forcing the unmount. Not sure if there is anything

I used the same "SanDisk Cruzer Fit CZ33 32GB USB 2.0" to create a bootable UNRAID USB using a computer running macOS Mojave and a different computer running High Sierra. High Sierra worked flawlessly. Mojave took forever, said it succeeded after a long period of time, but would never boot. I tried to create the boot USB on Mojave with the "USB Creator" and manually. Neither worked. Again, High Sierra works great. I believe Mojave is the issue. When trying to create the boot USB manually through

In WebUI, I selected my VM and "Restart". VM restarted no issues, however, WebUI and virsh believes they are both "shutdown". This is an issue as if I was to shutdown now, there would be no graceful shutdown of my VM's.

The new release has made the GUI mode extremely slooooow. Motherboard: Z9PE-D16 Using built in ASPEED AST2300 + 16MB VRAM VGA port for the console. This is only effecting the Console. Is the slowness because of the under powered motherboard builtin GPU/VGA port? If so, is there a way to fall back to the old less taxing GUI? Thanks in advance mccserverur01-diagnostics-20180921-2321.zip

Changed my email server password recently. New password includes whitespaces. After changing the SMTP settings at Settings/Notifications to use the new password it reports that "authentication failed" when clicking the test button. Changing password back to one without whitespaces makes it work again.

It is not possible to customize the USB if local zip is selected. As a result, if UEFI boot is needed, the image must be downloaded every time.

While adding the unifi docker I deleted ports 80 and 8080 which was Host ports 3 and 4 due to potential conflicts, after I switched the network from host to br0, I tried to re add the deleted port mappings but it seems that they still don't work. I have the docker configured and working using one of the other ports so no real need for me to delete and re-add the docker which I'm sure would fix my issue. tower-diagnostics-20181015-1140.zip

After seeing that lstopo\hwloc had been added in the GUI on 6.6.1 I decided to give it a go today... The server boots and the array comes up (including docker and VMs), but the login screen never loads properly, and each time it tries, there's a noticable 0.5second stutter in VMs. unraid-diagnostics-20181003-1319.zip video of what the gui is doing on the screen: https://youtu.be/Gw_U-OLKIIw

I have DNS1 set to 9.9.9.9 and DNS2 set to 1.0.0.1, but I'm blocking at the router level 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. With these settings, the update status for unraid and plugins is always "unknown". If I remove the blocking for google DNS, the update status works right away. I'm thinking that the checking for updates are done using only google DNSs and not the ones specified in the network setings. Attached is the diagnostics. unraid-diagnostics-20180803-1537.zip

This happens when a USB device is previously set to passthrough for one VM and then when the VM stops is disconnected. This error will not allow any physical soundcard or graphics card to passthrough to VM, and VNC will be the only working option. This error is caused as even the unplugged usb disappears from the form view, the line that passes through said USB device is not removed in the XML file of the VM, causing this error.

Upgraded to 6.6.1 and all of my VM's have disappeared. If I install a new one it will be gone the next day. I need to enable PCIe ACS override so that I can isolate my gpu and it says, System must be rebooted for changes to take effect! When I reboot message is still there and IOMMU groupings are still the same. tower-diagnostics-20181002-1832.zip

I have multiple docker repo's added and all of the docker template are grouped within the same 'Default Templates' group. This changed in 6.6.0/6.6.1. I did not find a setting to change the display settings for the templates. Can we either change it back or have a setting to group templates based on repo? Cheers!

Hi, for a couple days I have this weird problem that my unraid server uses way too much memory after half a day, or a day which leads to shutting down one VM. Also the Array Status Indicator in the bottom left starts flickering between 'Array Started' and 'Array Status Pending'. When I tried to download the diagnostics, I always landed on a blank " / " page, so I just copied every possible logline from the syslog, I thought was important. I also added the diagnostics

With the new GUI control for pinning CPU's to containers, I've gone through and removed the --cpuset argument from all containers. However, on my Ombi container, the argument remains. To date, I've tried deleting and recreating the container. I've tried deleting the container, rebooting the system and re-adding the container. Nothing I've done to date has allowed me to delete that line. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks! ~Spr
