  1. It'll definitely work as a pure NAS. But, if you're using Plex to transcode for remote users, that CPU may not be up to snuff. 2GB is going to be however really pushing it once you add the apps in. IMO the functional minimum is 4GB, with 8GB recommended.
  2. Is your VM running? How much memory is allocated to it? Your problem is that you keep running out of memory, and the system is dutifully killing off processes with low priorities in order to keep running.
  3. Correct. TLER is used in pure RAID systems to drop the drive offline faster. No need what so ever in Unraid.
  4. Easiest way outside of the creator, is to simply format the drive as FAT32, name it unRaid, download the zip and extract the files then run make_bootable as administrator. But, there is a video somewhere around here that does go through how to solve the problem with the syncing forever on the flash drive.
  5. When you do that, you should try the flash in another port, ideally USB2. It dropped offline yesterday, and is probably the root of your problem.
  6. The read error that's also listed on the Main page. Without diagnostics before you reboot, it's hard to say why
  7. It looks like your docker.img file is read-only. Most commonly happens if it fills up completely to 100%. You have to recreate it. https://forums.unraid.net/topic/57181-docker-faq/#comment-564309
  8. Probably because it's already there on the far right (click on the uptime fir the app)
  9. Looks like a network config problem. Double check your DNS settings, Gateway, etc.
  10. Squid

    Crashes

    I learned by using this
  11. I would recreate the docker.img file and go from there. https://forums.unraid.net/topic/57181-docker-faq/#comment-564309
  12. Just from the first line of it's installation guide, It seems to me that you should be running this as a VM
  13. How were you trying to grab them? From the webGUI, if it doesn't complete within 120 seconds, it never will finish From a command prompt, diagnostics and the zip file will get saved into the logs folder on the flash drive
  14. Best idea I have is to try and post in one of the VPN apps support threads, so that people who actually run the system like that may see your question.
  15. And already fixed in the 6.9 series
  16. From the local keyboard / monitor, type in diagnostics and then post the resulting file from the flash drive here (logs folder)
  17. Try lowering your split level on the media share (TBH, split levels confuse the hell out of me )
  18. Didnt space invader one do a video on that for a joke.
  19. Not unless linux server creates a template for it (which they have not)
  20. You're allow 6 attached storage devices on basic, and you've got 8 excluding the flash drive Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: WDC_WD30EZRZ-00Z5HB0_WD-WCC4N0LF45L1 (sdh) 512 5860533168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: Samsung_SSD_860_EVO_250GB_S3Y9NF0K222430B (sdg) 512 488397168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: ST8000DM004-2CX188_WCT3J3A7 (sdd) 512 15628053168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: ST6000VN0033-2EE110_ZAD7N41T (sde) 512 11721045168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: WDC_WD50EZRX-11NWHB1_WD-WX31DC45TNU3 (sdf) 512 9767541168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: ST6000VN0033-2EE110_ZAD7MFKF (sdc) 512 11721045168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: ST3000DM008-2DM166_Z503J4HA (sdi) 512 5860533168 Oct 19 10:36:16 Zeus emhttpd: TOSHIBA_TOSHIBA_USB_DRV_07087A1EAD549849-0:0 (sda) 512 30285824
  21. You edit the app on the docker tab, and select a new IP address for it
  22. Assuming you've named it the exact same, then no.
