October 3, 20187 yr Here’s my AIO rig. 34TB Array, 2 480GB cache and a 512 NVME running my vm Win 10 in unassigned devices doing IOMMU passthrough. I know, I have to reroute the USB front header cable or move to the last 1x PCI-E. SpaceInvaderOne inspired me with the videos. This is in a cooler master mastercase maker 5. Still have space for 2 more under the shroud by PSU. Edited October 3, 20187 yr by phbigred

It looks like it sits about a quarter to half inch off of the standard "U" I used these" Rosewill Server Rack Rails/Server Slide Rails/Server Rails, 26" Three Section Ball-Bearing Sliding Server Rail Kit (RSV-R27LX)" , This is the chasis "Rosewill 4U Server Chassis/Server Case/Rackmount Case, Metal Rack Mount Computer Case support with 15 bays & 7 Fans Pre-Installed (RSV-L4500)" . all parts ordered on Amazon including rack. Ya its sitting a half U out because I originally intended to run cables out the gap but decided not to and the server is so heavy to lift my self. Just havent gotten any help to correct the gap yet. March 12, 20197 yr 27 minutes ago, hawihoney said: What rack is this? It's a custom wood frame build roughly based on this guide. https://tombuildsstuff.blogspot.com/2014/02/diy-server-rack-plans.html My build is a 16U instead of 20, I omitted a few of things like wheels (furniture movers work just fine on wood floors). I don't have a real use for a rear door either.
March 13, 20197 yr Thanks for the link. Looking great. Curious about how much weight this can handle.

March 21, 20197 yr I got the server rack cases for $25 a piece. The bottom one is my main server. the one above that is dedicated onsite backup. Both are in active use or I take pics of the inside.
