What am I missing? I typed "screen" via telnet, got "command not found". Followed instructions to get the NerdPack plugin to install screen. Plugin installed. Same result...

Did you go to Settings/Nerdpack and select screen then click Apply? If so what did the Package Manager popup say?

Can you add bc to this NerdPack tool?

I installed and tested that it works.

wget http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackware/slackware64-13.37/slackware64/ap/bc-1.06.95-x86_64-2.txz
upgradepkg --install-new bc-1.06.95-x86_64-2.txz

Cheers

I'll add it when I get a chance.

I installed the NerdPack but I can't find screen for the life of me. The shell says it is an unknown command, and ls -R | grep screen only gives me the following. What am I doing wrong?

screen_57x57.png

screen_700x700.png

Thanks.

After you install nerd pack you have to select which packages you want to install in settings.

  • 2 weeks later...

I have Plex installed as a Docker on my Unraid server and I was trying to unzip the Plex-Trakt addon so I can use the plugin. The file that comes from the github page for the project was zipped and I was trying to get into it so I can move the plugin directory to where it's supposed to go.

https://github.com/trakt/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler

But nevermind. I ended up upzipping the file on my computer and passing it to the shell for the Plex docker through the /config directory.

On both of my boxes, utempter shows an update, but when I click on apply, I get "utempter-1.1.6-x86_64-2.txz package missing!"

I see that my flash drive has the following utempter package in the 6.2 packages folder: utempter-1.1.6-x86_64-1.txz

Thanks

Thanks I'll figure it out. Until then if you turn delete on then deselect screen and utempter and click Apply it will delete them. Then just reselect and apply.

Or just delete the utempter package from the flash drive the deselect/select then apply.

I turned delete and uninstall on, deselected, hit apply and then reinstalled. It has the latest version installed now on both boxes

Thanks

Thanks, it's a bug in the package manager.
