This is a new Unraid machine (brand new hardware) that started on 7.0.0 RC1 and is now on 7.0.0. I'm having intermittent availability issues and after enabling the syslog server, I can see the latest crash recorded a kernel panic. The time between these crashes can range from 12h to 48h. unraid-diagnostics-20250112-1319.zip crash.txt

Browser: Chrome   A horizontal scrollbar develops when the window is at 1280px or less width. Based on the selection of the media query at exactly 1280px the intention is likely that horizontal scrolling develops at less than 1280px but not equal to 1280px. I have been able to work around this by adjusting the media query:   From: @media (max-width: 1280px) { #displaybox { min-width: 1280px; max-width: 1280px; margin: 0; } }   To: @media (m

I don't really know where to start as I think there are happening a few things that shoudn't happen in a few layers.   I set up unraid 1,5 years ago and installed borgmatic for remote backups to hetzner.   Borgmatic and unraid worked fine for over a year. All of a sudden, it stopped. With some investigation, I found the following in the logs:     I checked every "space" I could imagine. I upgraded the hetzner remote space, I double checked everything locally

I don't know why and am not experienced enough to figure it out but when I upgraded to 6.12.14 the web interface became unresponsive. I could not use the server and it took multiple attempts to get logged back in and make it to the downgrade option. I would get logged back in and when I would try to switch to different pages the server would lose connection and/or become unresponsive. I had to restart the server a few times. As requested when I downgraded, attached are the diagnostics. Now that

Upgraded and had no issues.  My server has been rock solid but after 48 hours the WebGui became unresponsive.  I hit the powerbutton once which initiated a clean shutdown and I rebooted.  Hoping this is a one off.   Prior to this my server was rock solid for months on end and I only rebooted for software upgrades.  tower-diagnostics-20250113-1339.zip

Hello, I've set up another pool with two drives only for backups with "btrfs single" allocation profile:       On this pool I created a share called "ExtBackups". It now shows the green point showing "all files protected":     Since this a btrfs single jbod there is no redundancy available for this pool. So I would assume, that it should show "unprotected" for that share - like it is when you create a pool with only one disc.

Hey!   As a developer I use console.* very often. I already noticed, that .debug does not work anymore. However, I never checked why. Today I wanted to use it again and it gave me no output. Even console.log did not work. console.error IS working.   I did a search and detected, that the Vue (vue-i18n v9.6.5) seems to disable console.debug/.info?   => dynamix.my.server/unraid-components.client-cd1b3939.js JS: Line 22, position 65280: The setup function checks for

Updated system from the last stable 6.x to 7.0. The only change I've made is adding an Intel Arc A310 GPU. I'm not expecting there to be a easy fix, just adding in my report to hopefully help get it fixed since it seems to be a wider issue. tower-diagnostics-20250112_1310.zip

I have over 150 containers running, and I can see them from the dashboard, or when running  docker ps   When I go to the docker tab it will only ever show a single container.   This started occurring after i went from version 6 to 7rc1. I held in for a bit and figured it would of been fixed in an update so i tried rc2 and now I'm on the stable version of 7. Unfortunately the downgrade option no longer shows me 6 as an option.   I have check dockerMan us

A ZFS pool created using 6.12.10 did not migrate from 6.12.14 to 7.0.0 successfully.  All 8 ZFS drives are now shown as missing.  There are no drives available in the dropdown boxes - hence no apparent way to restore the ZFS pool.   Note that the 8 ZFS drives are housed in a Thunderbolt 4 chassis - and connected to a mini-PC via a Thunderbolt 4 connection.  A separate 2-drive SSD pool in a second enclosure connected via USB 4 (using a different chipset) did migrate successfully.

Hi,   first, congratulations to the release of 7.0.0   I witnessed a cosmetic bug regarding the display of the virtual machine usage in the main dashboard. When the values are changing, also the width of the displayed VM is changing and then it could be the case the displayed value of the VMs are jumping around in the area.   On one screenshot there are 3+1 VMs displayed, because the width of the text is rather small and the values of 3 VMs fit in one row. After the 7.0.0. upgrade, my internal disks on the server are all green, but the 4 disks I have in a USB JBOD are showing as spun down. Downgrading back to 6.12.6 shows all my disks and my array is starting up now.   Diagnostics are attached. I've got people using my system, so I didn't have a lot of time to diagnose, but I'm hoping these something obvious in the logs.   EDIT: Upgrading to urgent, since it is preventing the upgrade, but I am successfully back online. Thanks.

Hi All   Over night the system gets unresponsive (I cant even telnet into the server). So cutting the power is my only option. This time I did set an alarm to see when it would "go down"   2023-09-05 23:55:42 - unresponsive   And I did the diagnostic just after hard reboot. I hope someone can help me find out what is causing this, after the upgrade? (FYI: I have replaced my PSU and my USB flash)   Its like the network just "

TLDR - Upon booting after upgrading to 7.0, I went to "Main" and removed my drives from my main array and set the number of drives to 0. But now unraid lost "memory" of the configuration and I can't get it to start the array! It says the parity drive will need to be rebuilt, and nomatter what I do it just "hangs" when I click "start array". I have tried clicking the "Parity is already valid" button, still hangs up and nothing happens. I have tried maintenance mode, but it still hangs up

Mover stops on this file:   prw-rw---- 1 201 201 0 Feb 12 11:38 /mnt/disk2/appdata/netdata/cache/.netdata_bash_sleep_timer_fifo|   which is a named pipe. The solution is to log into the server, manually delete the pipe, hard reset your server, and rerun mover.   You can kill mover and restart it without rebooting, but this leaves a "move" process that cannot be killed, and which blocks the share from being unmounted during reboot. A hard server reset is the only way

I cannot describe any details. The system just crashes and nothing is reachable. It stays powered on but no HDD activity shows and the GUI is not reachable. Also dockers or vms, everything is down. It happened already twice. But it was both times at night, so I was asleep and didnt notice. I noticed it both times as I woke up, because AdGuard (hosted as docker) was down and then I checked the other services and everything was down... flatboy-diagnostics-20250106_1008.zip

Upgraded to latest Unraid 6.12.14 and also updated nvidia driver to latest 565.57.01. Dockers could no longer see GPU. Was getting server kernal error in logs said "API mismatch: The client has version 535.216.03, but this kernal module has the version 565.57.01. Please make sure that this kernal module and all Nvidia driver components have the same version." I then tried going back to production branch on the nvidia driver (550.135), but still get no gpu to dockers. The original nvidia dri
