As per the pictures. Anyone know what is suddenly causing these issues? I haven't changed any user settings, any general settings, network settings or done any OS update or installed any new plugins and this just started happening out of the blue.

I think i found a possibly major defect. my diagnostics are running the beta , however this happens also in 6.8.3. Lets start off with the issue. after 7-8 days roughly. the disks will fall out of the array. ( i know you will say its the cables , the cards ,hdd ect. however its not). this usually can be fixed by removing and readding the disk to the array(letting it rebuid). however when i do that. it shows the disk as empty now....all data is gone. i have t

Hi! Earlier this year I updated my UNRAID server to 6.8 from 6.7 and my SMB shares stopped working, so I googled and found nothing that worked. So I downgraded back to 6.7 where SMB workes great! Now, yesterday I got a critical error in UNRAID which made me need to reinstall UNRAID and create a whole new USB-drive, so I just copied over the config files to the new USB-stick. Now I'm back on 6.8.3 and SMB isn't working again, this time I can't downgrade though. When I go to Tools > Update

For docker images on private registry use specific port : my.registry.tld:5001/myimage:1.0.0 Unraid parse images tag at :5001 and not at :1.0.0 and it's not possible to automatically detect update.

It is not possible to add a user with the username "mail". (Presumably this is because there is already a system-created account with this name in /etc/passwd). However, when clicking "Add", the unRAID logo animates as normal, then appears to complete with no error message. It's only after clicking "Done" that you realise the user was not created. This means going back and creating the user with a different name, but having to retype password and description, and re-upload the image.

I have a VM configured that was using the Ubuntu template, and which I decided to install Debian on. Once I had installed Debian, I was unable to change the icon using forms mode — the "Update" button changed to "Updating…", both that and the "Cancel" button were greyed, and no progress appeared to be made. Running Unraid 6.8.3 I was receiving "database locked" SQLite exceptions whenever Sonarr or Radarr tried to import a completed download. I've been chasing an issue with my server for the last few weeks where it'll hard lock roughly weekly. When I last looked either yesterday or today, I had 7 days of uptime. When it locks up, the keyboard that is hooked to it does nothing except wake up the display. I was able to take a picture of what was on the screen at the time of lock up, but I was unable to get any diagnostics. As per the thread below, I'm submitting a bug report for the inability to host nested VMs. In my case, I have a Proxmox VM (PVE-Witness) running on unRAID. It's the third node of my Proxmox cluster. This has been ongoing for the last several releases, I was hoping someone else would have noticed it by now.... The video output from my server's on-board video is way too large... When unRaid gets to the login (GUI) screen, after logging in, I have to decrease the screen size to the smallest possible zoom setting to see all of the screen... Hi, so every time I reboot the server all of the docker containers are gone. The appdata/config is still there but I need to redownload every docker container each time I reboot the system. It started happening two weeks ago. Before that everything was working fine. If you guys need some kind of log please tell me which one because I'm truly at a loss here.

Hi all, I've been trying to build a Hackintosh VM in the last months. After a lot of research and suggestions from the community, I've decided to buy a new "ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1142 USB 3.1 Host Controller" to play nice and natively with my Mac setup. Following the guides of @SpaceInvaderOne (thank you so much man), I have set up the VM and properly passed though the PCI card. Things are going well and everything works fine until I ask the Mac VM to restart or shutdown.

Have recently installed a new Unraid server in our architecture office, but now have a major problem. Whenever we save a large (10's or 100's MB) file from Autodesk Revit to an Unraid share, Revit hangs after the save for some time proportional to the file size (up to 5+ minutes for 100MB+ file).
