When setting up SSL to access the Webgui, the help tooltip/dropdown on the "Use SSL/TLS" selection for Yes/No/Auto has a typo in the Filenames for the certificates. This is where I got stuck for some time trying to set up SSL.  The manual says certficate_bundle.pem, but the file actually needs to be named certificate_bundle.pem for it to work.

The latest Unraid build 6.8.0 breaks one of my Docker Containers (DontStarveTogeter). Strangely on 6.7.2 everything works as expected with the standard template from the CA App.   I've discovered that when i delete the 'game directory' mount that the container also starts on 6.8.0 and everything works, is there something that i'm missing or did anything globaly changed in Unraid 6.8.0?   It looks like that the Container couldn't find the mounted directory or something me

I don't know if this is important or already known. With a little change my problems went away this night.   I do have a lengthy backup job that runs every night. This job calls a lot of cp/rsync/stop docker/start docker/... commands. This job usually took ~2 hours on weekday, ~4 hours on Sundays and ~6 hours at the first day of a month. With 6.8 this changed heavily. The weekday job took around ~10 hours now. The weekly job never came back - I had to kill running rsyncs and the suroun

@itimpi, @limetech - Posting here as recommended. Also, new logs attached. I have had to restart once in the day today due to Drives being disconnected. Sorry about that.   Since upgrading from version 6.6.6 (~110Mbps) to 6.7.2(~80Mbps) and now to 6.8.0(~20Mbps) the write speeds on transfers between internal drives have really gone to the gutter. Even after removing my parity drives the results are same. One file transfer halts the complete system and everything from UI to Dockers

Hi, I used the Update OS option within the Unraid webpage, it downloaded the files extracted and then told me to reboot the system.   I rebooted the system and when going through and past POST, the BIOS stated 'Boot Error' I rebooted again and seleced Force boot USB drive within the BIOS and it still gave me a 'Boot Error' indicating to me that it wasn't in a position to boot the inernal USB drive.   The USB device shows up in the BIOS fine so knows it is there and go to

I have a HP N40L Microserver running 6.7.2 with no issues.   After installing the 6.8.0 Update via Update OS and rebooting, my Array Devices in the Unraid GUI are all missing/blank - even my boot USB. Strangely the GUI reported Configuration Valid, however, instead of attempting to Start the Array I captured Diagnositics and downgraded back to 6.7.2 until this Issue can be explained/resolved.   Daignostics Diagnostics.zip   Before   After

I just upgraded from 6.7.2 to 6.8.0.   I have link aggregation configured using 802.3ad and after the upgrade my unraid server was no longer accessible from my network.  I accessed the console through IPMI and can see that br0 has a reserved IP in the 169.254.X.X range, indicating that it couldn't contact the DHCP server.  Already tried rebooting again.   Everything was working (for years) before the upgrade.  Any ideas?

Hi. The input field for a container port is missing when creating a new exposed port and after saving without typing in a container port, I edit again but the container field then shows up inside the description field. For me this results in not be able to expose any ports when creating a new container.   Regards Oliver

So first off, I patched and then ran to the bank without checking things, my array never came online. I had to hard reset it and since it was wholly unresponsive there are no diagnostics from it.    Second two of the containers I have are set to start after 100 and 120 seconds. BUT they are the very first containers to start on the array. My Plex container even starts behind them and it has no wait time set on it, it's also the only container with no wait time.   I can do ano

Since I can remember Unraid has never been great at simultaneous array disk performance, but it was pretty acceptable, since v6.7 there have been various users complaining for example of very poor performance when running the mover and trying to stream a movie.   I noticed this myself yesterday when I couldn't even start watching an SD video using Kodi just because there were writes going on to a different array disk, and this server doesn't even have a parity drive, so did a quick tes

Hello,   I'm running unRaid 6.7.2 Stable. I've noticed a problem with the parity check scheduler not functioning properly. Its currently set to run a check monthly. However, the parity check runs every Sunday morning and I get a report emailed. Its always been running every Sunday even though its set to monthly, so this is not a new problem. Just reporting it now.   eg: The parity check was supposed to run on Nov 1, as configured in scheduler, but didn't. Instead,

Using Unraid 6.7.2 (although another user tells me 6.8 RC5 works the same) and the "Black" Dynamix Color theme in display settings.   There are "settings" cogs on the Dashboard screen of Unraid for Motherboard, Memory, Processor, Interface, etc, they link to other parts of unraid and take you there when clicked.   The processor settings cog takes you to CPU pinning (makes sense), the Interface setting cog takes you to an interface page (also makes sense)....but the Motherboar

Really small one but there seems to be an html maxlength set to 4 on the remote_port field on the Syslog settings page. However some services like PaperTrail often give five digit port numbers.   Editing the html in the browser to remove this limit seems to allow the form to save correctly and it works so I think its just a UI issue.

Steps to reproduce:   1. Go to the webgui > users > root 2. Change the root password to the following (this was a randomly generated password from a password manager and was only used for this purpose, therefore I am comfortable posting it here): !N'z"':^0zywte8yHUi#,@|gmZ"=i9 After performing the above steps, I'm unable to log into the webgui as root or ssh into the box as root using the password listed above.
