Squid
I was one of the ones who was affected by a slowdown on the SAS2LP since 6b15 (but to a far less extent than other users -> not enough to post about it), and initially parity check speeds seem better. Link to comment

Dimtar
Call me crazy but I dislike these kind of questions: http://puu.sh/k2DEM/78daaca061.png IMO it should be "Show" instead of "Hide". Yes I want to see them or no I don't want to see them. Currently its sort of a double negative? I might be being too picky. Just upgraded to 6.1.1, all working, thanks! Link to comment
bennymundz
Upgraded via UI and have noticed a delay in my vnet(x) network adaptors coming on-line 60+ seconds. Previous releases these adapters would be available immediately after boot I.E at the time of logon. This is problematic for me as I have PFSense is doing my networking / internet stuff. aaronwt
Updated from UI without issue. Yes I upgraded all three of my unRAID setups to 6.1.1 without issue Sunday night from the UI. I really like this upgrade feature. So much easier than before. I am glad I upgraded all my unRAIDs to version 6.1.0 Saturday from version 5.0.6. Link to comment

How do i get my shares back? You have a transmission plugin. Transmission is available as a docker now, and you should try to convert to that. I notice that plugin is installing a version of curl that is older than the built-in curl. Don't know if that could be the problem or not. Try booting in SAFE mode. Link to comment
bondoo0
Running into an issue while running a preclear. The server locks up when running a preclear using the fast preclear script. At the console I see messages about ktthread running out of jiffies. I'm unable to capture log info since the machine locks up enough that only a hard reboot is the only option since even the console won't respond. I did have a similar lockup on 6.1, and preclear. 6.0.1 was fine. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried preclear yet, and ran into a similar issue? Link to comment

jude
Ran update to 6.1.1 from 6.1 everything seemed fine until I tried to open midnight commander from Terminal in OSX on laptop. Midnight Commander is now black and white and it is not responding to left/right/up/down keys. The function commands work but I cannot select anything or navigate. Any thoughts? Link to comment

In my case it was the VFS plugin.. It's unassigned devices, not Auto Mount USB. Did you install unassigned devices and then remove it today just to see what it was? There was an issue in gfjardim's first release today. I did notice in your log it wasn't installed. My test/development server has a copy of unassigned devices, but there is no way that any user share stuff is intentionally put into the vfs_recycle distribution. I'm at a total loss how vfs_recycle could possibly install a user share full of gfjardim's unassigned devices stuff. Do you use the powerdown plugin? If you do can you post the last few logs? The log history is at /boot/logs and have a time stamp. Link to comment

In my case it was the VFS plugin.. This was in your log: Sep 7 08:48:32 Tower2 emhttp: shcmd (54): :>/etc/samba/smb-shares.conf Sep 7 08:48:32 Tower2 emhttp: shcmd (55): chmod 0777 '/mnt/user/Documentos' Sep 7 08:48:32 Tower2 emhttp: shcmd (56): chown 'nobody':'users' '/mnt/user/Documentos' Sep 7 08:48:32 Tower2 emhttp: get_filesystem_status: getxattr: /mnt/user/Documentos Operation not supported Sep 7 08:48:32 Tower2 emhttp: Restart SMB... The vfs_recycle plugin sets up its own smb-extra configuration to run the vfs recycle module in samba and restarts samba to load the smb-extra.conf file. It only looks like vfs_recycle is the problem because it restarted samba for its own purposes and something in the smb-shares or smb-extra.conf file would also be applied. Link to comment
