Ok, this has been happening for some time but I have been messing with dockers a fair amount recently and it has been really annoying.   Basically I have ~75 dockers installed right now (although only about 15-20 are running under most circumstances).   It seems there is some kind of script or memory hole that causes firefox to lock up from time to time whenever I have the docker tab open for an extended time (it has also happened on the user scripts tab when running a long s

So I noticed that a user share drive listing (used for computing share size) includes pools that are set to not participate in user shares, when they happen to have the same top level folder name as those other shares. This leads to incorrect size calculations.   Note that the folder itself however does not appear in the SMB user share (as expected), and so this is more of a cosmetic issue that also impacts utilization calculations, rather than a functional problem with user share

Hello all,   I experienced like many others that the WSDD task pulls one core zu 100% randomly. I found out that this only happens, when I planed a schedule inside user scripts. Its reproduceable. It takes 2 schedules in order (over 2 days) to trigger wsdd 100% bug.   Is that helpful?   Martin

Hello, unfortunately I have a problem what makes me crazy, my unraid crashes again and again. Sometimes it runs for 10 days sometimes only a few hours. Today it crashed twice. on 6.9.0-RC2 everything ran stable, about 30 days uptime. The syslog is from the crash this morning, the photo from the crash this evening. Unfortunately I can not see the crash in the syslog, but thankfully it is on the monitor. Hardware: CPU: Intel Pentium Silber J5040 Mainboard: ASRock J50

Hi,   As we previously discussed in this topic, I noticed that if the mover is running, transferring a file from the cache drive to the array, and the system receives a shutdown command, unRaid will not be able to move the file that was being transferred anymore.   In fact, after rebooting, part of the file is in the array, meaning the mover will not retry to transfer the actual file that is in the cache drive. A manual fix is to manually delete the partial file on the a

I have two 2 TB disks running in RAID 0 on my Adaptec Controller.   I can get the SMART data using: smartctl -a -d aacraid,0,0,12 /dev/sdi smartctl -a -d aacraid,0,0,13 /dev/sdi   It would be nice being able to enter both in the "Disk Settings / SMART controller type", and also having a SMART check done on both disks

If I set these values and hit Apply the values are set back to the default values:   Warning disk temperature threshold Critical disk temperature threshold   The disks in question are M.2 NVMe devices running in single disk XFS pools.   I tried to set these values to 60/65 celsius. After hitting Apply these values go back to 45/55 celsius.

I have a ACR-71605 16-port raid controller.   In "Disk Settings / SMART controller type" the 3rd entry I need to enter in the disk index (0/0/X) is not possible as the UI only supports range 0-7 (8-port device), so I cannot enter 15 which I need. This bug may have also been there before, but I just noticed this now due to more disks on the controller. Entering 15 manually in smart-one.cfg caused severe UI problems.   This should be a trivial fix I assume.

Hi,   my SATA is called:    Samsung_SSD_860_EVO_M.2_1TB_S5GENJ0N800730D   when I go to the disk settings and set Warning and critical temperatures, it is seemingly not saved or applied. Due to overheating issues, my data disk rebuild is pausing (using Parity Check Tuning) when drives get too hot.   * At 00:21 this morning, the rebuild was paused due to heat at 57.7% complete * At 00:30 the normally scheduled parity check was initiated by the scheduler * At 00:35 the parity check (which does seem to be rebuilding the data) paused again due to temperatures, now at 0.4% complete.   Screenshots of the Pushover notifications showing this:

(Originally posted for support)   The Parity-Sync/Data-Rebuild button text toggles between "Pause" and "Resume", depending on the state of the currently running parity check.   Using the Parity Check Tuning parameters, I have my parity check (actually a data rebuild in this case) set to pause on reaching the warning temperature and resume when dropping 2 degrees.   Unfortunately, my new disk that's having the data rebuilt onto it is getting quite rather hot, so it t

Hello guys,   The problem: I have some docker containers that I configured on br0 and gave them a new IP in my network(different then UnRaid's IP) They work fine but unfortunately they don't even have ping to UnRaid's IP (bridge). It seems the other way around is also true. I cannot ping a docker container with br0 IP from UnRaid. Needless to say ping is not the problem itself but the fact that there are no connections between them.   The issue: You c

When creating a new share, the copy-on-write field is greyed out if "Use cache pool" is set to No, even with btrfs disks in the array.   If the description is correct "This setting has no effect on non-btrfs file systems. Set to Auto for normal operation, meaning COW will be in effect on devices formatted with btrfs." having the COW field active when adding an array only share, whether it's btrfs or xfs should still be safe and give us the extra flexibility, right?

It seems there is a bug which breaks the spin down if a slot is not used. After re-assigning all disks through New Config without leaving empty disk slots, the spin down works as expected.   before (only the parity disk spins down, disk slots 5, 7 and 9 is empty):   after (all disks spin down, no empty slots):   Why I left them empty: I planned to extend some shares by adding new disks without putting them on the bottom. So it was only a "visual thing" f
