I was also getting a server error when trying to start the container after update. Upon inspection, I noticed the template added the port 5900 mapping, and since a running VM on my server was already using port 5900 for VNC access the container wouldn't start as a result. I removed the port 5900 mapping and everything was fixed. I've always only had port 6080 mapped and have always accessed the web GUI over this port instead. My question is should I be using port 5900? Is there a reason for both port mappings?

the reason for both is so that you can, if you wish, connect to the ui using a VNC client, you don't have to use noVNC, if you always want to use noVNC then you can safely remove the port mapping as you have done so, or simply change the host port number so it doesn't clash (a more common approach).

Has anyone got the new tailscale integration working with this docker? I cant get it to work. When I enable tailscale and go to the new address the application fails to connect to the server.

 

does anyone know how to fix the issue with krusader where it takes 30+ minutes for it to actually load the web UI after starting the docker? i always run into this issue when i restart my server or restart the docker container for krusader, the web UI won't load until i give it 30+ minutes then it starts working.

I have tried to apply the latest update to this container multiple times, and everytime it seems to through the process successfully but then I check for updates and I am suggested to do the same update again.

 

Is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

New to UnRaid and Krusader. Watched some youtube on the app and got it running. Now want to expand it uses and setup. BUT i do not seem to have access to the taskbar. I cannot find a setings area that allows me to configure this so it shows. Can anyone help please?

Anyone know how I can fix this? I have cleared cache and cookies as recommended but it still doesn't work.

I'm not sure if this is in the thread or not, but here's a tip.

 

If you are using Krusader to move files to/from a cache drive to your array, map the /media container path to something like: /mnt/user0

 

The user0 is the important part. That will force it to actually move files, for example, from the cache to the array when you move them.

I'm having some permissions problems -- if I copy a file from one directory to another within Krusader it is having ownership changed to root/root instead of nobody/users.

 

I have the PGID and PUID defined in the docker config to be nobody/users.

 

Found a bug in Krusader: Every time I open Krusader, it puts the pair of windows about another row of text higher, so that now it's completely unusable because it's impossible to grab the top bar and move it down/around.

Yep it's a krusader bug and its known about, the workaround is stickied at the top:-
