[Support] binhex - Krusader

Krusader is correctly showing you the disk space available within the docker image, i would guess you have a 30GB docker image created right?, i would also suspect you are not doing a docker bind mount from your host path to '/3_unraid_shares' and thus its writing inside the docker image and not to your host.

To correct this create a new 'path' e.g.:-

Ok thanks. I did this and it fixed the issue.

I installed kate via apt-get update, apt-get install kate

not if you are using this image you didn't, this is an arch based image, package management is done via 'pacman' not 'apt-get', check which image you are using and use the correct support thread.

Yup, did a reinstall awhile back and clicked the wrong one! Back on yours again!

Thanks.

I cant open Krusader after restarting the container. The web page doesn't load (i'm on local LAN). I tried incognito and different browser. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

I've tried after clearing cookies / cache in chrome, incongnito chrome, and edge.  none of them load.  no errors in logs, similar to previous posters.  Thank you.

Same thing for me - Incognito, Safari, Chome - nothing is working.

So I’m not really familiar with novnc, I assumed perhaps incorrectly that I could connect to the krusader instance over vnc from other devices like my phone? Is novnc browser only?

I can open the container via a browser but that works poorly on mobile (novnc scale gets all whacked).

yes you can access via vnc client, although TBH i think your experience is going to be far worse on mobile compared to novnc, to connect you need to add a port to the containers configuration, host port <whatever you want>, container port 5900 then fire up your favourite vnc client and enter in a client address of <host ip>::<host port> e.g. 192.168.1.10::5900

thanks that works, and yeah not ideal just need flexibility to access.

Krusader has suddenly come to a complete stop and is showing the following message:

noVNC encountered an error:

null is not an object (evaluating 'document.getElementById("noVNC_clipboard_clear_button") .addEventListener')

addClipboardHandlers@http://192.168.2.19:6080/app/ui.js:328:64 start@http://192.168.2.19:6080/app/ui.js:101:32

I haven't touched the settings recently.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Thanks

Hello,

I have reinstalled binhex-krusader and still get the following error with appdata backup:

It supports extensive archive handling, mounted filesystem support, FTP, advanced search, viewer/editor, directory synchronisation, file content comparisons, batch renaming, etc.</Overview>

I updated my server to 6.12.6 and now krusader won't launch even though it's running. I remember having this issue a few months ago when i last restarted my server. Last I remember, it eventually started working again after a while but i have no idea how/when/why it did.

Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? I'm just getting generic Chrome error message "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". The log file from docker is below. I tried launching it via incognito on my windows laptop and on my iphone and neither work...
