  1. If you email support https://unraid.net/contact we can retrieve your license for you
  2. I see that you emailed support and @ManuelR replied to you. Are you still having issues?
  3. Try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router. Settings - Network Settings
  4. Just Kidding!!! Looking forward to working with you...
  5. Can you post your diagnostics. Also, what do you mean by "crash"? Does it restart, hang up etc?
  6. I've raised a bug report on our internal system for @bonienl to look at Thanks, A
  7. Is this drive being mounted via the Unassigned Devices plugin? My understanding is that drives that are mounted via UD will sleep if there is no activity on them (they will follow the default disk sleep time). If it is not mounted via UD and you are passing it through to a VM, or mounting it yourself then it indeed never sleep. @dlandon would be able to pipe in more if it being mounted via UD
  8. Have you run a memtest yet? Your memory speed is rather strange Configured Memory Speed: 1200 MT/s While it's not impossible, I doubt that any good RAM would actually be running at 1200 and would expect the SPD speed to be 2133
  9. If you see this again, send a set of diagnostics and a copy & paste (no screenshots please) of what appears in Tools - Diagnostics to https://unraid.net/contact
  10. Hi, This is an extremely specific situation, and Netskope would actually be the ideal ones to support you on this as Unraid's VM's run via a standard common hypervisor (QEMU / KVM). Using a passthrough add-on ethernet adapter would however eliminate any possibility of the hypervisor modifying the packets as the VM itself is then in complete control of the hardware. I would have to surmise that it is something common in the setup of the VMs, but have no real idea as to what to look for. Does Netskope support KVM / QEMU?
  11. Should be fixed on the next release. Thanks for finding
  12. I submitted a bug report internally for this a couple of hours ago.
  13. If you need to transfer the registration to a new flash, either try the automated method: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Changing_The_Flash_Device or if that doesn't work, https://unraid.net/contact and include a copy / paste (no screenshots please) of what appears when you go to Tools - Registration
  14. Is there now a Lost & Found directory on the rebuilt drive?
  15. Andrew Z replied to MAHetrosa's topic in Lounge
    All done
  16. https://unraid.net/contact Include a copy & paste (no screenshots) of what appears in Tools - Registration.
  17. From another computer, make a copy of the /config folder on the flash drive Setup (USB Flash Creator or manually) another stick. Copy the /config folder onto the flash drive. System should walk you through transferring the registration to a new flash drive. If it doesn't, then you're not eligible for the automated system, and send a copy / paste (no screenshots) of what appears in Tools - Registration via https://unraid.net/contact Your data (even in an absolute worst case scenario) is completely safe, and if the /config folder is intact with no corruption, you won't need to reconfigure anything at all.
  18. Hi there. Can you post a new set of diagnostics. The ones above are a week old now, and I'm sure that you've done additional tests etc trying to get this running. Andrew
  19. Hi, Trouble with those diagnostics is that the logs are nothing but NFS issues, so we can't tell if there is something else at play. Can you try upgrading to 6.10 and see if that fixes your trouble and then we go from there? Andrew
  20. Can you post your diagnostics and indicate what the shares involved are. The most common problem would be a misunderstanding of how the use cache setting works for the shares.
  21. While I'm sure there are users here that are more than willing to help (for free here and possibly paid), it should also be noted that Limetech themselves does offer paid support. However, due to vacations and that it's currently a weekend, you may not get a response regarding paid support for a few day. If you like, hit contact us at the bottom of the page, and supply details (and ideally include your diagnostics) on what your issues are and what you want assistance with. The more details the better.
  22. Average response time 6A - 8P EST is around 20 minutes or less 7 days a week. The goal is 1 hour response during those times. At other times of the day, its a couple of hours Should also be noted that after a transfer of the registration, the original stick gets blacklisted and can no longer be used for the OS.
  23. Just to double check, is the label of the flash drive UNRAID (all caps) You can easily check this on another system Also, the flash drive is a 64G flash drive. Did you use the Unraid USB creator to make this or the manual method? On the manual method you have to have the drive formatted as FAT32 (which isn't an option for anything >32G and you use something like Rufus to do this)
  24. Whenever contacting support, simply do a copy & paste of the contents of the page. It includes everything we need to see, and screenshots potentially introduce errors. Ideally, also email from the address you registered the key with. If you're emailing from a different account, let us know what the original was or your invoice number etc. Makes things easier to sort it all out.
