  1. rm -R /boot/config/plugins/....
  2. as a decent displaylink adapter costs even more ... may consider some special offer for some streaming stick therefore ? also nicer in the usability ... a remote vs keyboard / mouse ... but thats just a personal preference ;)
  3. check your list screen in cache mover ... and here ... as your setup was missconfigured ... may need to clean your exclusion and cached ... manually ...
  5. exactly ... that is not supported, and also, shouldnt be needed as you have your mounts in emby ...
  6. ok, that is not a normal respond ... ;) may i ask, did you use smb in emby for your media ?
  7. ? I don't see any ... 😉 and I meant the command before, emby respond
Kurz, Hardware Fehler, leider Trial & Error ...
  9. @Gepelmario missing the terminal command ... respond sample which is not working.
  10. sorry, but that looks still weird to me ... "/" as Folder ... please provide the following info (hide your token !!!) root@AlsServerII:~# cat /boot/config/plugins/cache-mover/cachemoversettings disks="disk1 disk2" pool="cache" subfolders="VCD HDDVDR TVRIPS" filetypes=".mkv .mp4 .ts" wait_todo="10" move_excl="yes" move_excl_list="/mnt/user/system/mover/mover_cache_excl.txt" move_tune_list="/mnt/user/system/mover/mover_tuning_excl.txt" rsync_mode="folder" rsync_move="rsync --stats -azhtU --mkpath --remove-source-files" rsync_copy="rsync --stats -azhtU --mkpath" switch_mode="switch" time_keephours="24" time_keephours_sub="336" subfolder_keep_sub="TVRIPS" target_keephours="user0" use_recycle="no" recycle_folder=".Recycle.Bin" unraid_note="yes" unraid_syslog="yes" script_cron="*/5 * * * *" clean_cron="5 7 * * *" exclusions="" mediaserver_type="plex" mediaserver_host="192.168.1.71" mediaserver_port="32400" mediaserver_key="my_token_here" mediaserver_only="only" rewrite_source="" rewrite_host="" mediaserver_url="http" script_cron_state="started" clean_cron_state="started" root@AlsServerII:~# then, from your media Share and the respond from the upper command to fetch current playback (from emby)
  11. not much, its more or less not possible to use the iGPU in a VM with physical hdmi out to a tv, therefore a dedicated dgpu would be the better choice ... also be aware, if it would work, the iGPU would be exclusiv to the VM, no more Docker etc usage then parallel possible ... may describe what your intention is ... sample, there is a gvt-g plugin which can create vgpu's which you could use in a VM, then using a displaylink (USB) Adapter to hdmi for a TV output, should be enough for browsing, office, may even watching some yt videos ... sadly you use a U CPU where extra features are hardware limited ... so may will not work overall, just as note ahead ...
  12. yep whatever your goal is ;)
  14. you should check on your CLIENT (TV) Plex App, there is also a section ... direct play should be enabled. about transcoding, yes, hevc is a heavy task to decode in CPU ... start with installing the hardware, then look for the dvb drivers in CA Apps, then check DVB settings page and choose TBS drivers ...
  15. running win11 VM's, with or without passthrough on several hardware and Unraid Servers ;) no issues here ...
  16. hmm, already running ... may some stalled process due wrong config from start ? killall cache_mover1 and try again
  17. shouldnt matter ok, seems your Media Share is download-ssd > array, then fine is syslog activated ? if not, please do so now, when running a movie or a show (may change your wait time to a lower value for now, like 5), please execute in terminal /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/cache-mover/scripts/cache_mover1 what is the respond in syslog ? you can also check in cache mover page then log ...
  18. may empty your exclusions list, not needed in mediaserver only mode may a screen from your shares page please to see your disk / cache layout for Filme and Serien
  19. ok, then some screens from your setup page from cache mover besides Emby part ;)
  20. well ... while playing something in emby, run this in unraid terminal ... (replace YOUR_KEY_HERE with your access token
  21. which card/s ... ;) i used to have (and still have) in use with a Monitor (and sometimes a 2nd active Moni, TV active ...) 970 1030 1050 1060 2070S 3070 3080ti 4070S 5080 so yes, never had an issue with it ... i had issues with AMD cards, but always drivers and / or hangup's
  22. 1st, local playback should be done without transcoding at all if possible, so what is missing here, which client are you using ... sample, a Shield TV, ATV, ... should be setup to use direct playback and then your only limit is the network speed, but in a LAN it shouldnt be a bottleneck ... is you use very old client hardware or a TV native App, then this can likely happen as these may cant direct playback yout footage. so 1st check your clients, are they capable todo so ... and are setted up properly ... if yes, then a raspberry can serve the data as there is nothing else todo besides serving the data stream ... no decode / encode ... transcoding is meant for 1/ external usage (limit upstream bandwith) 2/ very old hardware clients which cant handle as sample hevc, av1, ... 3/ direct stream, audio transcoding ... more common as with all these audio codecs and many dont have atmos xyz hardware ... ;) if your clients are not capable (2) and you need hardware transcoding ... then of course yes, you need a plex pass, same for live tv ... here are the specs from intel, so yes, most common is supported in terms needed ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Graphics_Technology about your tv card, build it in, install the DVB drivers, check if they work with a app like tvheadend or so ... then read up in Plex help and support if its supported, that would be the better place to ask, most likely yes.
  23. if we talk about a passed through GPU to a VM, correct. well, you use a 2011 card here ... so yes, possible ... what are the drivers telling you inside the VM ? any errors etc ? cause your description is most likely a driver issue inside the VM, while we come to ... sadly in my personal experience, AMD setups are more likely to fail especially in passthrough scenarios then Intel / Nvidia, so ... drivers in VM's, "hang up" devices, ... and so on ... try to fetch a used GTX10xx or GTX16xx card (or better) and try it there, this would be my personal suggestion to start with ... not such a high invest ... and yes, i also used my Unraid Server as Desktop PC (running VM) with multi monitor ;)
